The hotel is quite beautiful, with a classical Greek mythology theme. However, it's winter and the pool water is cold, which is a bit disappointing.

Breakfast was also very rich and varied. My only regret is not bringing a swimsuit to enjoy the pool!

I was given a room on the basement level, right next to the pool and sauna. So, even with the AC set to 10 degrees Celsius at night, the room was still very hot

Wow is all I can say. By far the best value for my money that I have ever gotten. Staff was so friendly, my cave room was awesome, and the breakfast was fantastic. I will always stay at this hotel if I come to Göreme.

The location is fantastic, right in the town of Göreme, making it super convenient for hot air balloon rides and visiting attractions. The hotel service was excellent, and the whole place is decorated with great style

We had a really lovely stay at Aza Cave Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well located in Cappadocia. The cave rooms are comfortable and unique, and everything was well maintained

Very accommodating front desk staff: early check in, swimming pool use on second day even though we had checked out and had all day tour (we were waiting for a night train), gluten free bread and lactose free breakfast options, terrace from which you can watch the morning baloons, and friendly local cats

The reasonably priced suite was extremely charming and comfortable. Only complaint is the lack of exercise room. The equipment was next to swimming pool by seemingly discarded

A hotel I really like, located in the center of Goreme, Cappadocia. When we arrived at night, the front desk took the initiative to greet us and helped us carry our luggage into the room

The room was clean and very quiet. In the morning, we could see the hot air balloons taking off from the room, which was beautiful. Breakfast was served in the rooftop restaurant

There is a rooftop where you can watch the hot air balloons in the morning. The hotel owner is lovely, friendly, and very helpful with every request

Check-out time is 11:00, but my night bus time is 6:00 p. , so if you'd like, you can go to the rooftop terrace and drink coffee or tea

The hotel itself was fine, and there was even a small indoor cave pool. However, the location was incredibly noisy

And every night there were dogs barking, car noises, and all sorts of loud, unidentifiable sounds. Plus, the bathroom seemed to have no heating, and the fridge in the room often buzzed loudly in the middle of the night

Came to Cappadocia to see the hot air balloons, and after reading the reviews, I decided this hotel was a good choice. After staying here, I can confirm it lives up to its reputation

I'm not sure if it was just my room or the entire hotel, but it was directly below a loudspeaker that was either chanting or praying, starting at 5:50 AM every single morning

I booked a terrace room (Room 12), and mine had a small private terrace, but my friend's was shared with others, which was a bit of a letdown

The hotel is centrally located in goreme so can easily walk to restaurants but far away to be secluded and peaceful. Parking available which we needed for car rental. Has a terrace so we can see hot air balloons

Location perfect to catch the balloons in the roof. is on a calm road but easy to arrive to center by walk. Places to eat at 5 minutes walk. I used the 2 types of rooms caves and normal and both are gorgeous

And they also help us to change the time of airport transportation reservation. There are many restaurants including Kebab and souvenirs shop. You can enjoy testy morning meal with nice view

In the room, there's water, a tea set, and a minibar (which is paid and very expensive, but it wasn't an issue). There's heating, air conditioning, and I'd describe the furniture as vintage rather than worn out

Absolutely Amazing hotel, with the most phenominal views of Cappadocia where you have the famous hotair balloons rising in the morning just outside the front door of your room! The service was terrible, absolutely appalling! They threw away my medicine and when I asked them to retrieve it, they lied and said they threw it in the outside trash can

I finally just used a clean towel to pick them up and place them outside my door myself. Lastly, the bathroom had a musty smell (I think from the pipes) that seeps into the bedroom

I had to rummage through the trash can before they finally found it in the hotel's garbage bags and returned it to me! The promised Turkish bath was nowhere to be found, a complete lie

We came in late, the manager was very understanding. The room was actually carved out of bedrock. A little musty but thats because your in a cave. Breakfast was great but nothing compared by the view!

I had a wonderful stay at Cappa Cave Hotel in Göreme, Turkey. The hotel was cozy, clean, and perfectly located near the main attractions of Cappadocia. The cave-style rooms gave a truly unique and authentic experience

We wanted a true cave-dwelling experience in Cappadocia, and this was exactly what we hoped for. This isn’t a constructed “cave-style” room, but one entirely carved out of stone, with no windows at all

We loved the raw, authentic feeling—especially looking up at the ceiling, still covered in visible chisel marks. White towels are all cleaned and comfortable

The room is clean with excellent service, manager knew that we hadn't had dinner yet and even though the restaurant was already closed, they still cooked food for us to take back to our room.

If you are sensitive to humidity or smell then recommend to book a room with window instead of a cave room. They have a wonderful upper level room with Ottoman era decoration

It was a very reasonable and nice hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and it was very convenient as it was close to the downtown area. There was no hair conditioner, so I recommend bringing your own if you need it.

A very unique experience to live in a place like a cave. This is something that can only be experienced in Cappadocia. Goreme is good except for the ATV of a certain travel agency.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ciner Hotel. It has a beautiful pool and breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable with lavish showers and excellent aircon

They even gave us free tea in the evening, the pool is not bad, the location of the hotel is not very good, it’s noisy, the cars drive endlessly. The price is certainly not high for accommodation, if you have patience
