Absolutely loved it here! Staff were so nice and helpful with booking tours and transfers to and from the airport for us! They even assisted us in retrieving our bags after the airport misplaced them and helped us to communicate with the airport staff which I believe made a big difference in getting our bags back quicker! A magnificent hotel. We were treated like no other. The hotel room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, as were the rest of the hotel facilities. The breakfast was excellent and had breathtaking views. We also had some last-minute problems with a tour agency, and they helped us and organized a tour that allowed us to enjoy Cappadocia. Small hotel with perfect rooftop to overlook the beautiful Gerome’s views,  especially when the hot air balloon flies. Unfortunately, when we stayed here, all balloons were cancel due to the weather. The breakfast is outstanding and staff  are helpful.

The room was a very comfotable size with comfortable furnature. The staff were also friendly. But... the toilet was constantly running, making a little river to the drain with a little puddle in the middle. The toilet seat slid off very easily. The showerhead holder was broken, so the showerhead had to be shoved between the pipe and the wall just to stop it from hanging down.

We were 7 guests, our original stay here was 3 nights but we checked out immediately after 1 night. The room was hot, the toilet smelled, one of my family members got diarrhea because of the breakfast. The room was dirty. Even though we didn't stay at the Azalea Terrace, we discovered the hotel through their dog Hector, whom we were kindly allowed to take along on our hikes. We really enjoyed our stay at the Ciner Hotel. It has a beautiful pool and breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable with lavish showers and excellent aircon. Had a fantastic three days at Adelya where we were made to feel welcome. The location was great with everything walkable, and we could park right outside. Our cave room (5) was superb, very quiet and comfortable, didn't need the heater even in November. First off, the service was excellent. This was the only hotel on our trip that allowed us to check in early, which was a huge relief after our flight. The room was very warm with great heating, and it was also very clean. You can even see hot air balloons from the observation deck!

I missed my connecting flight and arrived at the nearest airport on the last flight. I had already contacted the hotel by email, and even though it was late, they replied promptly, confirming that 24-hour check-in was available. We spent 3 days at the Mosaic Cave Hotel and it was such an amazing experience. I have been here on April 2025 on a couple trip - 3 nights overall.
