The hotel staff were extremely friendly and kind. They allowed us to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which we really appreciated. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away, making it very easy to travel to other attractions. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude. They wouldn't even let us use the rooftop for photos during the day, even when it wasn't raining, and they didn't provide any blankets.

Not worth the price paid for it. Small room, musty moldy smell, but I guess that’s what staying in a “cave” room is supposed to be like? It was a nice hotel with a rich breakfast and a large pool. The hotel is a little out of the city center, but you can walk there during the day. It's a little scary at night, so you should take a taxi.

First off, the service was excellent. This was the only hotel on our trip that allowed us to check in early, which was a huge relief after our flight. The room was very warm with great heating, and it was also very clean. You can even see hot air balloons from the observation deck!

I have been here on April 2025 on a couple trip - 3 nights overall. I loved the place but most of all I loved the people and the staff, who makes you feel welcomed and at ease: they are kind, supportive and they really try to help you and make your staying better any way they can. I stayed in room 203 for five consecutive nights. The water and amenities were replaced every day, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The view from the rooftop was amazing, and I was very impressed to see the hot air balloons. The only thing I would like to point out is that the lock on room 203 was a little difficult to lock, so I think it would be more comfortable if this could be improved

The staff were super friendly and helpful (especially Sam). The location is great, and the room was clean. Overall, we had a good experience staying here. Side note: I was asking about the location of Turkish coffee nearby, but the staff helped me make one😆

Termessos Hotel. Dont be deceived by the exterior of the place. The room was decent, lovely, very spacious! Host were great. Sem and friends were very accomadating. Services were great. Breakfast was lovely as well. It was not buffet , but it was enough. The terrace was lovely with great view. Its okay if you dont take the cave hotel. This is enough. The location was perfect. Right smack in the middle...
