Aslında 5 yıldız verecektim fakat yol gürültüsü düşük puan vermeme neden oldu. Otelde komaklamayı düşünüyorsanız kulak tıkacı getirmeyi unutmayın.
Otel temiz, yeni, düzenli, yatak rahat (yastıklar biraz rahatsız). Oda küçüktü fakat yeterli. Odada ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut. Kahvaltı yeterli ve lezzetli, aç kalmazsınız.
Gelelim otelin olumsuz yönlerine. Benim için en kötü tarafı ana yolun dibinde olduğu için odaya aşırı yol sesi almasıydı. Maalesef ses izolasyonu yok ve pencereler kapalı olmasına rağmen yolun tüm sesi odadaydı. Ses nedeniyle uyuyamadım. Ana yol kenarı bir otelde ses izolasyonuna ekstra önem verilmeliydi. Oda perdeleri ışığı tam kesmiyor, sabah tüm ışık odadaydı. Ayrıca küçük bir iki detay daha var rahatsız edici olan. Birisi odada sigara içmek yasak olmasına rağmen küllük vardı. İkincisi ise duman dedektöründen gelen rahatsız edici ışık. Odayı karanlık yapıyorsunuz fakat dedektörden sürekli S.O.S uyarısı gibi ışık yanıp sönüyor. Bu da karanlık bir ortamda beyni sürekli uyarıyor.

Wonderful place to stay close to the airport. We arrived after 3am and we were greeted by an amazing staff member. Room was spacious and clean. The next morning the staff helped us answer lots of questions and get a cab to our car rental. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel, clean, not far from the center and Kayseri Castle.

Overall, a normal hotel for the money. Stayed for 2 nights. Come and spend the night. The only thing that bothered me was that they smoke in the rooms. There was an ashtray on the table (at least in ours).
Breakfasts are ok. Not a cornucopia, but we didn't leave hungry.
The staff is friendly.

The room was tidy. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Thank you. The bathroom was clean. The hot water was good. However, the bed was very small for a double bed. Two people could barely fit in it. Also, the pillow cases smelled bad. These were disturbing.

Despite the numerous no-smoking signs, I was given a room that reeked of smoke, as if it had been smoked in for years. The smell was so overwhelming that I couldn’t sleep. When I tried to get some fresh air by opening the window, I discovered that my room faced a busy street, which was noisy all night long. As a result, I barely got any sleep.

I liked it very much, the bed and pillow were very good, the cleaning was very good, I would stay here again if I had it again.

We enjoyed 4 days in My Live Hotel while we were on a ski holiday. They are lovely, honest people I ever met. They tried to find solutions to all our problems, even if they were not related to them, finding ski rentals for us etc. From now on our only favourite place in Kayseri is my Liva Hotel...

The room was clean and cozy, just a bit noisy, but I apreciate that i made a mistake booking one day on advance of my arrival without aknowleging my mistake. They understood that and when i was leaving the day after( as i arrived at the hotel one day after the booking) they offered me to stay the second night for free

Super clean and nice hotel. Polite and helpful staff . Comfortable room with TV, kettle, two cups, spoons, tea bags, hairdryer , shampoo and shower gel. It smells good , I enjoyed how clean it was ! Dark curtains make it comfortable to sleep at night and they protect from light. Building is modern and it looks like taken a good care of. There’s a tiny balcony with a glass door , you can see mountains from there. There’s additional separate small bed-light in case you want to read before sleep, I appreciate this . Hotel is quiet and we could have rest and enjoy our stay.
It’s only 6-9 minutes away from train station .
