We stayed four nights in this hotel as we got good room rates with breakfast through an online booking site. It isn’t a luxurious hotel, but it has all the necessary amenities. Our room was on the 11th floor and we could see Mount Erciyes from our room. The WiFi internet speed in our room was very slow, but the breakfast was pretty decent and comprehensive. The hotel has a gym, a spa, a swimming pool and a venue for celebrating special occasions. It’s a good hotel to stay in if you’re not hung up on luxury. The location of the hotel is in an industrial area but not very far from the city’s main square (Kayseri Cumhuriyet Square).

The air conditioning, television, and refrigerator were not working. It was scorching hot from 6 a.m. onward. The hotel room card was not available, but an alternative solution was found. Otherwise, the room was spacious and modern. The lighting was nice.

Nobody speaks English or if they do they pretend to not understand to evade help with issues. The biggest problem is air conditioning . We won’t recommend this place at all

I arrived at the hotel last night and booked two nights. I was given room 705, but the room was extremely hot due to a malfunctioning air conditioner. I spoke to the lobby staff several times throughout the night asking for help, but the only response I received was that the AC was working, despite clear evidence it was not.
After repeatedly requesting assistance, I was eventually just given a fan, which was not an acceptable solution, and my wife and I were unable to sleep due to the heat. The situation was uncomfortable to the point that we were both close to experiencing heat exhaustion.
This morning, after raising the issue again, we were moved to room 201. While it’s slightly better, the air conditioning still does not cool properly. I also asked for compensation for the terrible experience we had the previous night, as we did not receive the comfort or service we paid for.
I was told the manager would arrive within an hour. However, each time I followed up, I was told the manager was either not available or coming later. After several hours of being given different answers, I finally insisted and was taken to a back room where I spoke with a gentleman who simply repeated that compensation was not possible.
Let me be very clear: I am not here to argue or demand anything unreasonable. I am simply asking to be compensated fairly for a night where we did not receive what we paid for. The delay, confusion, and lack of communication have already taken a toll on our time and peace of mind during our vacation.
I expect a proper response and compensation for last night. I hope this can be resolved respectfully and without further delay.
I did report and file a complaint to the ministry of tourism and they are handling the case. I will NOT recommend this place at all

Worst experience ever.

we came from the UK, tired from the flight. They had a room ect. When I asked the price for the room.

Receptionist said the prices were different from online. Stating breakfast and use of amenity costs more. It was not stated on any website.

I told them so can I book online since you’re charging almost double?

The rude staff said they won’t give me a room when I said this.

0 customer service. Will take advantage when they realise you’re not Turkish. Or if you’re tired.

No clarity, no transparency, no honesty, just after everything in your pockets.

Better hotels nearby !!!

The behavior of the staff without prejudice to the presence of passengers. Room service at the same level as a two-star hotel without air conditioning. We spent the night with some fans. Sauna and other services were rented by others and used outside the hotel. Breakfast is very normal and mostly olives and limited. If we travel to that city again, we will not use the services there. The price is the same as a four-star hotel.

it was a really infamous service, I was not satisfied at all. We booked a hotel for Friday check-in and check-out (23-25 February) dates at the weekend and we stayed in this hotel during the times I stated. We stayed in this hotel for 800 TL per person per night. Only breakfast was enough considering the price performance. Now, if we come to our problem, the 11th floors were generally extremely hot, of course, they gave us this information after the night. Although the window was open all night, we were forced to stay in a room with a temperature of almost 40 degrees, even though we wanted a fan at midnight. When I said we couldn't sleep and we wouldn't stay in that room for another night, did you collect your belongings to be cleaned after 9:00, we replied okay, our room key was picked up and we were told that our belongings would be moved. When we returned to the hotel at 9:00 on Saturday evening, we learned that they didn't change the room while waiting to get the key to our new room and we insisted on moving to another room, they told us that they wouldn't change it and return the money, but we wouldn't stay in the hotel, they said we should find another hotel at 9:00. They gave a fan, but it never worked, and if you wouldn't change our room with the lady who was said to be the general manager, why would you commit When I said you gave it, he sent us by saying that he would keep a report about two different personnel working there, we couldn't do anything, of course, I apply for a complaint. Moreover, the hotel is very old and you don't even want to sit in the dirty toilet. I didn't use a very old pool all over the hotel, but we were a crowded team, those who use the pool from our team said that it was very dirty, I never recommend it.
