Positions itself as a five star hotel but in fact it isn’t. Great rooms but the infrastructure is lacking: small spa-center with tiny steam rooms, small gym with a dark swimming pool, the restaurant is fine but with a limited selection, the reception is all right but with a limited English knowledge.
Over all it’s fine. But not five stars.

Great place to stay close to the bus station which is very convenient!

Room was nice enough though the bathroom smelt appalling, and the phone in the room didn't work so had to have two technicians spend some time trying to fix it, they eventually had to replace the phone which meant I waited about 30mins before I was able to order room service. Breakfast was decent and didn't stay long enough to use the pool or spa facilities which is a massive shame as that was the biggest appeal for me. I didn't leave the hotel during my stay as I atriv3d late and only stayed one night.

President room is good , it s large and reception was helpful
