A good option for accommodation in Cappadocia. We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Cappadocia and, overall, the experience was very good. The location is convenient for getting around the area, and they offer a pick-up service, which is very helpful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us useful information about the different tours available, and we were able to book them directly at the hotel quickly and easily. This kind of help is much appreciated when you arrive without having everything planned. The facilities are good. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was adequate, with the basics to start the day well. It's true that it was a bit warm at night, as the air conditioning wasn't working perfectly, although being on a lower floor is somewhat understandable. In short, a good place to stay in Cappadocia. Good service, convenient location, and a recommended option if you're looking for something comfortable and functional.

The room description was inaccurate; I ended up in a semi-basement. The small window high up required climbing onto a chair to see the street – unbelievable! Breakfast was even worse: a pitifully small selection and stale food. The tea and coffee were mediocre; probably one of the worst breakfasts in Turkey. The rooftop breakfast area did offer a nice street view, and the staff were quite friendly, even providing fried eggs. I requested to check out at 11 am, which was explicit, but given the sparse number of guests in Turkey, it was unusual to be refused a one-hour delay. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, approaching me several times to try and sell me hot air balloon tickets.

Right in the town near all buses stations, Taxis, bars, restaurants coffee shops and shops, breakfast was really lovely buffet style consisting of selections of eggs,cheeses, olives, jams honey, bread flatbreads, coffee and juice. Rooms cleaned daily very clean powerful hot showers nice mirrors, hairdryer and hangers available - very clean, helpful friendly staff and we were a little late checking out but not a problem!!! Booked the GREEN TOUR through the hotel young staff member very knowledgeable and the tour was great day out and excellent value. Highly recommended

Location is good, right next to the downtown area. 5 mins Walk to the entrance of the town. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is great. (I know many hotels are like that but they do have wonderful omelette). The staff gave me a good deal and was really kind! I was taking wedding photos and delayed my checks out. They were so kind and supportive! I’d recommend this to my friends!

We were very pleased. The team was very friendly. Breakfast was nice. We watched the balloons take off from the breakfast room on the top floor. It was amazing. It was clean. The owner, Mr. Mustafa, showed very close attention. I added photos of the view from the upper floor of the hotel

Excellent hotel! I recommend to everyone. Very clean, the rooms have a pleasant smell, which is important, at least for me. Perfect white fluffy towels, silky bed linen, good slippers. In a word, the hotel is 100% great! Breakfast is wonderful! Coffee and a piece of good cheese for me, scrambled eggs, sausages, vegetables for my husband and friends)) No one was left hungry. The top floor, where breakfast is served, has a good observation deck. The whole village is at your fingertips. The location is perfect! In the very center. If I have the opportunity to return, I will stay exclusively at this hotel!

Great place to stay. Brand New building, modern bathrooms, crisp bedsheets. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Near to everything downtown, restaurants, stores, park. I promise you will love it!

I stayed one night great hotel with great staff. Very kind and helpful. The hotel has a terrace with beautiful view of the hot air balloons early morning.

Hospitable, friendly, helpful in all areas of concern regarding tourist information. A peacful relaxing environment situated up high overlooking the most spectacular views from an open air garden. The cave rooms are inviting, cosy & characteristic of this part of Turkey

Even though we arrived after midnight, the staff welcomed us with smile and explained everything. Also they waited for us to have breakfast next morning even though we showed up late. Having a breakfast in the balcony, watching hot air balloons floating around us was spectacular! It was like another world. They offered us one day tour on a SUV and we got to visit many highlights efficiently. It is not cheap but worth the money. They can interpret if you need. When I had some clothes to dry, after washing them in my room, they kindly invited us to the rooftop and let us use their clothesline, which was super helpful. I would definitely come back!
