Excellent hotel, 2 minutes walk to town, yet quiet and peaceful in the area. Hotel rooms are amazing with multiple patios on different levels for relaxing and balloons viewing. The hotel is family run, mom and son Fatima/Ahmet and Ardi who also works there; all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Provided us with valuable information about Cappadocia in general and what to do, including booking activities. Will definitely stay here again when we come back here in the future.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and kind. They allowed us to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which we really appreciated.
The location is very convenient, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away, making it very easy to travel to other attractions.
Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the Goreme Caves. Great view for watching the hot air ballons. The breakfast was delicious and with many options. The rooms are large and very well decorated.

We love the close proximity to souvenir shops, restaurants and convenient stores. We are spoilt for choice on the various cuisines nearby. Hotel location is near to Goreme otogar, about 5 mins walk. With luggage in tow, the uphill route to the hotel is really challenging. Room is spacious. We chose the double stone room. One with bathtub and anoyher one without. The hotel serves similar breakfast throughout our 3 nights stay. Should be good for unfussy eaters. Overall, so so hotel. Hotel runned by sweet, friendly and understanding family.

Terraces lovely. Incredible view of the hot air balloons outside our room 303 (junior suite).
Nice albeit small pool. Plunge rather than swimming.
Cheap plastic fitting in bathroom broke as soon as used.

Great hotel, perfect location. Staff lovely. Such a comfortable bed, pool area great & lots of areas/terraces to enjoy the view & chill.

Family owned, women led, absolutely beautiful pension. I had a crush on the pictures, which are accurate, but fell for the people there.
I stayed in the terrace for some calm and unique views and didn’t have a bother in the world. There a few niches with hammocks and couches that create a few private spaces with a good dose of sunshine and freshness from the pool. I did yoga on the terrace. I found it well maintained for my taste, the room was clean, toiletries as well.
Breakfast buffet is a little bit above standards for breakfast compared to similar hotels categories as Fatma cooks omelettes in addition to a comprehensive buffet (olives, fresh and dried tomatoes, many many cheese options, great desserts options I tried a date ball)

What an absolutely beautiful space in the perfect location. It was a 2 minute walk into town while still being set back from all the noise. We booked an arched room with a terrace and are so glad we did, it was like our own little oasis with flowers and vines and a stunning view of Goreme. The breakfast was delicious and the people working there were so kind and helped book all our activities. Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful, family-run hotel. The team was warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They booked all of our tours with ease and made the entire experience stress-free. Our room was spacious with gorgeous views, and the soft sheets made it feel especially cozy after long days exploring Cappadocia. It’s clear that care and hospitality are at the heart of everything they do. Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort, charm, and local warmth all in one place.

A great stay at The ROC Hotel! The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to accommodate my family of six by placing us in two rooms right across from each other. The breakfast was outstanding—one of the best we've had—and the views from the top floor were truly impressive. If I return to the area, I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to family and friends.
