I've never written a negative review for any establishment before. I've always tried to focus on the positive aspects, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case with this hotel. The room was terrible. It was underground. Every time a car passed overhead, the room vibrated, waking me up each time. This shouldn't be the case with a cave hotel. Perhaps the rooms above ground are more comfortable, I don't know. There was no toilet door, a major drawback for couples. The breakfast was mediocre. I didn't see any food being replenished after it ran out. The staff were quite friendly and respectful. That was the only positive thing.
