Hotel Hugo in Altinoluk

It's a budget-friendly place, and we generally had no problems. The air conditioning worked. The room was clean. There was only a sewage smell at certain times of the day, but you're usually out and about at those times anyway. There were also no outlets next to the bed. The hotel sells its own snacks: beer, water, etc. Beer was 130 lira, water was 10 lira. The hotel had a veranda, which was nice for relaxing in the evenings. The nearby breakfast places are also worth a try (3-minute walk). The rooms also had their own small gardens with grass, which was very nice.

It looked to me that this is a family hotel with only the father of the family speaking English. I booked it online, but had to pay at the hotel - no receipt was given. It's either way not to get taxed or kick out anyone they do not like. Not sure what's the case here, may be both. Bathroom is quite dirty - the glass shelf had lots of spots from previous stayers. there is no breakfast there - you need to find something to eat somewhere else. There are a few cats near the hotel and some bugs in the room. There is an on street parking, but you park at your own risk as traffic appeared a bit chaotic. If I happen to be in the same area again, will look for another cleaner option. I do not think guys here know how to clean.

Simple but very clean and comfortable. The hotel provides everything you need. Excellent location, far from the noisy downtown and with beautiful view to the sea. No problem with parking places. The staff was so kind and friendly. Thank you!

It was very clean, we paid 1000 TL per night for 2 people. It may seem a little expensive because there is nothing, but do not doubt its cleanliness, we did not have any parking problems for the car. The location wasn't bad either.
