This is a hidden gem. Period. Location at the seaside, welcoming and helpful staff, confy room with great sea view, parking spots in garage, is adult only so you'll have a great rest. Is also situated just at 10 min walk from the Cunda downtown. I highly recommend it for all those who need a silent and private vacation.

We were very satisfied with everything. The most beautiful hotel in Cunda. The place is very close to the center, 5 minutes walking distance. Service and attention is fantastic. Especially at the reception, Mr. Mustafa is really interested in every customer. We had a holiday as if we were comfortable in our home, we did not lack anything. Thank you very much. We recommend it to everyone 😊👍🏻

We stayed for 3 nights with my wife. Rooms are spacious and clean at home standard. The hotel has its own beach right in front of it. You can reach the center by walking from the beach in 8-10 minutes. Day and night receptionist gentlemen are both incredibly concerned and smiling. There is no sale or use of alcohol in the hotel, but since we prefer taverns and cocktail bars in the center, this was not a minus point for us. We were incredibly pleased with everything. They are also thoughtful enough to give us cold water when we check out and set off. Thank you for everything and I highly recommend it.

Especially if you like to stay at home like me, Sim Hotel is your place. Great establishment, very friendly people. Every corner of the hotel is meticulously designed and handcrafted. Rooms, bathrooms, everything is very stylish and clean. There is so much to say; It's best to go and try it yourself... The omelet and bagel they prepare for breakfast is also wonderful-. Hi everyone this place is so nice.. its operated by a family.. Unique boutique hotel of 6 rooms. Hotel's owner is an artist so the decoration is so beautiful. Service was great, very friendly peole and to be honest price performance is incredible... every room is gorgeous not to mention my room hd 2 balconies one at the front with a sea view and one at the back... So long story short this hotel is a must in Cunda. ...

We stayed for 2 nights with my 4 year old daughter and my wife. We were greeted with a warm smile when we first entered. We were amazed by the furniture, the smell and the decoration in our room. Hotel owner Aytekin has made everything beautiful with his handiwork. Breakfast is indescribable, especially the taste of cake and bakery is still on our palate. They also love children very much, Aytekin gave my daughter a small souvenir to bring luck, now it is in a corner of our room. I recommend it to everyone

A wonderful, clean boutique hotel. Uncle Aytekin and his son Yağız Bey are very interested. In addition, artworks from Uncle Aytekin's workshop add a different style to every corner of the hotel. The location is very good. It is within walking distance to the center, restaurants and the beach, and even right next to it, the beach is sandy and has a beautiful sea. The breakfast is unbelievably good. I would definitely recommend.

What can I say about the hotel we came to for the holidays is not enough. With our 7-month-old son, we felt as if we went to our family, not to the hotel. It would be an understatement to thank the hotel owners Mrs. Şengül, Mr. Yiğit, Mr. Yağız and Mr. Aytekin. Endless thanks to all the guests for making them feel at home, for taking care of all their children as if they were their own, and most importantly for the value they gave us. Now we have a house to go to every summer. We should also mention the magnificence of the breakfast and the beauty of the food. What we can say for a wonderful holiday and for their beautiful friendship is not enough. Glad there are such people :)
