The hotel is running by these lovely couple, they are very sincere, beautiful hotel beautiful rooms and delicious breakfast. I will visit this place everytime I'm around. It's an addiction. Oh and the pool is so nice, since there are always families visiting, people who use the pool are also very kind and friendly. We were lucky to come and stay at Tunc hotel ...
We booked for 2 nights but once we reached there we extended it to 4 nights ...the location is very good near to main street and local bus station ...
The surrounding pine tress and sea make you breathe the nature and enjoy the breeze ...

The owners are amazing welcoming people...u will feel like you are home...rooms are nice and cozy.... swimming pool is there ...breakfast is very tasty and nice..

Simply great at everything. Food was delicious, both owners are great people. They even tried their best to conform our dietary needs (coeliac), definitely recommended for all.

Super friendly owners. They didn't speak English fluently but made a great effort to understand us. They gave us good food, good tips and helped us getting we wanted. Definitely a place to recommend, with swimming pool, and we'll located.

This is a family run hotel and an extremely pleasant one. The owner tried to add so many of her own handmade details that it felt like we were at someone's home. It was a great find, perfect for our short holiday. Quiet enough with a very good location, close to both Cunda Island and Sarimsakli by car and Ayvaluk city by foot. And we got to enjoy our breakfast and bear on the terrace with a wonderul view to the bay. Just perfect.

Hotel and its location was very good.
The only thing that I saw to be improved is the variety of breakfast buffet.
