Cunda Deniz Hotel in Ayvalik

First of all, the hotel is in a very good location and being on the seafront was very good, but we reached the hotel room at 14.30, and we were able to enter the hotel room towards 18.00. There was an incredible smell of drains and WC in the room allocated to us in the first place. We reported this to the staff and they confirmed that there was an odor and they cleaned the room again. Thank you for this, but the smell could not be removed. They informed us that there was no room for us to change the room because the smell was at the stage of discomfort, I am an asthma patient and in order not to expose my 6-month-old baby to the smell. During this time, I tried to put my baby to sleep with the hotel room door open or in front of the door. Then we said we wanted to leave and demanded a refund because the problem was with the property. They stated that they could not issue a refund. Luckily, the room changed as a result of another guest's check-out, although there was no WC smell in the other room, unfortunately the smell of the toilet was with us throughout the holiday, and we tried to tolerate this situation by leaving the window open during the night and keeping the WC door closed. Due to this misfortune we experienced on the first day and our time was very limited, we did not search for a hotel again. Our baby was battered along the way and on the first day. Also, it was our priority to have a mini-fridge because I was constantly milking. We confirmed this by talking on the phone before booking. When we reached the room, they said that the cupboard was not working and there was no contact. They helped us to use the hotel's locker to store the milk that I was expressing. Since we reacted to these situations, a lady from the hotel staff, who took care of all the guests, did not even greet us. We thank you for this nice hospitality that we did not even have a dialogue with this lady. Emre Bey took care of us, did his best, and we would like to thank him and the smiling cleaning staff. Every time we met, they asked if we were satisfied and if we wanted cleaning. Breakfast was fine, only bread and tea came to our table when we requested it. Towels and bedding were clean
