Agrigento Resort Hotel in Balikesir

This is the worst experience I've ever. I called the hotel and have reservation before 10 hours they call me later to confirm. My reservation was 4 rooms for 5 persons. When i arrived from another city they change the price and the room to 2 ROOMS only, not like the pictures, it's about 2 star hostel. The room wasn't good at all and the furnishings are very old and squalid. I stayed only 1 night instead of 5.
Also the service was very bad they are not welcoming at all.
The breakfast is average.

The rooms are very old, nothing has been renovated. Drinks are chargeable. The breakfast is very inadequate. My son couldn't eat anything. There was only tea, nothing for children. There is a kind of meal in the evening, one evening there was meatballs and rice, the other evening there was nuget pasta. The appetizers are always the same, there was watermelon and 1 kind of dessert. They only gave water to drink at dinner. They make toast for a fee, we paid 94₺ for 3 toasts, but the room was bad. No cleaning was done in the room. There wasn't even a towel, they took out 1 after I asked for it. The windows make a lot of noise, we couldn't sleep because of the wind when the wind came out. The sea was sandy and shallow, though regional grasses. There was no wave. The pool is big nice but it was very cold. We made a reservation for 4 nights in September, but it was so cold that my son got a fever and became ill. We were able to stay for 2 nights. Unfortunately, the other 2 nights were not refunded.
