On the website it says under 17s are child but when you try booking with them they say a 10years old is an adult trying to charge you extra, because of this kind of people this country loses tourist. AVOID booking here, spend your money else where. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!

I went to this place just for a massage, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The lady doing the massage clearly wasn’t trained properly she didn’t know what she was doing at all. save your time

We did a quick overnight stay, and it was fine. There was a wedding occurring that night but it didn't stay loud too late. The rooms were mostly comfortable and they have a bar/restaurant. The bar tender/restaurant staff were friendly. There is room service but it wasn't great. The wifi didn't work but the staff helped us log in a different way which was appreciated. Room is worth the cost if you're looking for a hotel in the area.

Rooms are very clear and the staff is very polite. A nice hotel to stay if you are willing to spend time in Balıkesir.

I enjoyed staying here during my visit. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had problems with my air conditioning and they did not hesitate to send some one to fix it when that didnt worknthey had a new room ready for me. The staff was not frustrated by our language barrier and tried hard to understand. There was a restaurant upstairs that had a nightly dinner buffet. Prices were very fair. Unfortunately I did not have time to explore the town during my visit. But the area that the hotel is in is clean safe and newer.
