Rezervation for three Nights but we checked out in the next morning. Our Room was not the the room that I see over the Homepage from the Hotel and booked over the own website.
Our Room was dirty, in the Bathroom we had moud and it was broken. Our door was broken and difficult to handle.
We found an cherrystone on the carpet and it was not from us 😖
After i talk with the rezeption about the room they told me, that the pictures of the room was old and not the same how in real.
That is for a hotel a bad information. I was really scared about my health in this room so i checked out, i cant trust the information that we become a better and cleaner room on the next morning. I was shocked over the handling in the restaurant and on the floors. The most Guest and the waitress dosent wear the mask in her face.
Most of the waitress wear the mask under the nose, is unaccaptable.
