Ozdemir Pansiyon in Heybeliada

We went last weekend (In decembre), there was no hot water working I the room. The room was samll , smelling , there was humidity and even the lights only 1 was working . ( and this was a room that we paied additional fee to have , because the first room I couldn't accept it , was in the third floor and toilet was not clean ... )

One of the receptionists was the rudest most unwelcoming unfriendly person I have ever met. After saying my new hotel was cancelled and just sitting down 2 minutes to look for a new place to stay je told us to get out and not sit there. If you are a tourist or even a Turkish don’t go here if you expect any decency in the way you get treated. I hope this man Mr. Receptionist can learn some manners and decency.
