The location is fantastic! Being able to leave my luggage outside of check-in/check-out times really helped. The rest was problematic. I felt uncomfortable about the cleanliness. The carpets were very dirty. There was a razor cap in the shower and hair in the sink. The toilet had been used before me and the flush wasn't completely pulled.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. However, I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness inside the room overall. The pillows smelled bad, the sheets had holes, and there were cigarette burn marks in several different spots around the room. Maybe I just got a bad room; perhaps they have better ones, I don't know.

The shower faucet's water flow couldn't be adjusted; several nearby rooms were still occupied, with constant knocking, closing, and movement around until 2-3 AM, creating a lot of noise; there was construction downstairs, using a small entrance, making parking inconvenient and requiring some skill, but the hotel could help; the bed was quite soft, and the price was reasonable.

Excellent hotel for moderately demanding guests. The surroundings are not interesting, but the metro and bus stations are across the street. There are also restaurants and a grocery store. The rooms are clean, the heating is good, the bed linen and towels are clean. Unlimited coffee and water.
