For those in transit in Istanbul, this is exactly what you need. It's right by the metro, 13 stops to the airport. The rooms are large with their own kitchen, and it's in a quiet neighborhood!

Horrible Stay — Unsafe, Dirty, and No Internet
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The area is very bad — full of garbage and stray dogs barking all night. We asked for a smoking room, but there were no non-smoking rooms at all. The bathroom had mold, the bed and box were dusty and uncomfortable, and there was no internet connection during our entire stay. The shower only had cold water, and even when we explained everything to the staff, they didn’t help. It was a terrible experience unsafe, dirty, and not worth the money.

Deplorable on all levels! Maybe the young people at reception tried their best to make up for everything else. I paid for breakfast and then they told me that the dining room was being renovated so no breakfast! I insisted... we were delivered breakfast trays with fries, tomato, cucumber, cheese, olives and bread, no water, no coffee... old, dirty, no hangers, towels not changed... and located in an industrial area in the middle of a truck garage. Positive point: metro station 5 minutes walk away.

Clean rooms and good service, brilliant location near M4 metro to the direction of Sabiha Airport which is very cheap transportation for SAW airport. I checked in at 7PM and my flight was delayed on the day of checking out , so I asked the hotel to permission of late checkout as I always do in my travels but they refused and charged me per hour of delay!

Its was like 2 room suite, it's has everything fridge, microwave, electric kettle, best part was 2 ac a one each room. Good enough to keep the entire apartment Cool.

The location is far from the city center. No facilities are close. The good thing is it is 5 mins close to Metro station.

I went there in July 2024. The person who introduced himself as the manager there is a complete scammer. Also, the rooms are very dusty and the air conditioning does not work properly. When they realize you are from abroad, they race to scam you. It is not a safe place at all.

Rooms are ok for its price, actually.
But in my room (103) I had only microwave oven, no teapot. But the cups are getting TOO hot in microwave. Much hotter than the water. A have my fingers a skin burn ☹️☹️☹️

The blankets have pee stains. We asked for room cleaning 3-4 times and they didn't clean our rooms. Everything is old and rotting. They take extra money about 40-45TL for laundry per a piece of cloth!
