Island Hotel in Istanbul

01.03.25 we were given room 313. It was completely filled with the smell of cigarettes. We opened the balcony door to air it out and went for a walk. When we returned, we saw that the door had been closed. This means that hotel staff had entered our room while we were away😯 When we got back, it turned out that THERE WAS NO WATER in the hotel🫣We were simply told to wait until morning. No way to shower, use the toilet, or even wash our hands! In the end, we left for another hotel. WARNING! The hotel refused to refund our money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Dirty rooms with a cigarette smell, no water, and rude staff who can't solve anything. The rooms are old. The sink faucet is broken, and the hairdryer doesn't work. One of the worst hotels in Istanbul I’ve ever stayed at.
