Hotel was adequate, but the staff was insufficient for the size of the hotel.

Generally, you have to ask the front desk for water separately.

I went to the outdoor pool on the 13th floor with a colleague around 2 pm on Sunday. One of the staff members came and said the pool was rented out to women and asked me to leave. Since I was new to the hotel and had only been there for two weeks, I was very surprised to encounter such a situation and asked for someone in charge. The sales manager came. When I asked why I hadn't been informed beforehand since I had just entered the pool, she replied, "Who is causing the problem? I rented the pool out to women. I took the money. They paid extra to prevent men from being there, so you need to leave the pool." When I asked why I hadn't been informed beforehand, she said, "I don't know, I don't have such an obligation." The reception staff and the breakfast service staff were very good, polite, and courteous. Everyone except the sales manager was very helpful.

Suddenly and unexpectedly, despite it not being in the hotel rules, we were told that the outdoor swimming pool on the 13th floor was suddenly designated for women only and that we had to leave even though we had only been there for half an hour. There was no attempt to negotiate; instead, a rude attitude was displayed. Despite staying with a colleague, we left the hotel after this hasty decision, which negatively impacted us. Laundry service is available at reasonable prices, but I was only able to get my clothes washed after 2-3 days of pressure. Many of the hotel staff were very helpful and polite; I would like to thank them separately. However, the attitude and work style of some of the staff need to change.
