I had an amazing stay at Elite World Grand Sapanca, as this is my second visit to this wonderful property, it’s still stunning and the level of service is amazing! Special thanks to Nabila from Guest Relations and Ali and Yoren from the Front Office Team for making my experience truly exceptional. Your warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel so welcome. The spa experience was incredible, and I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I am deeply grateful for the wonderful service and memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable and luxurious experience. Can't wait to come back!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Elite World Grand Sapanca Hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, so I felt right at home. I would particularly like to highlight the beautiful spa facilities - just perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
But what surprised me the most was the food. It was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel.
I can highly recommend this hotel and am already looking forward to my next stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Elite World very much. Every corner of the Complex is clean and very inviting. The Food is Great and the spa area very relaxing.
Unfortunately our room was positioned at the West-Wing of the Hotel-complex, Right in Front of the huge Air-condition Systems. These are too loud and make it almost impossible to have a chat on the Balcony.

This hotel has exceeded our holiday expectations so far. It is a mini city that has everything you need, great amenities, superb food, and above all surrounded by breathtaking nature. This is definitely not the last time we will be coming back here. Also, the staff are very hospitable and friendly, and Yaren at the reception specifically has been an excellent host to welcome our stay. A Turkish holiday destination must!

after a long and tiring day, 3h30 flight, airport, 2 hours of car journey, I arrive with my wife and my 3 year old child, being terribly hungry.
at 9:30 pm, I am refused access to dinner. dinner is over.
knowing that I have a half-board reservation. I am very disappointed and angry. this is the worst way to welcome guests in a 5 star hotel. I will not come back. I was expecting an exceptional experience.

We recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, had a good time. The facilities were pleasant, and we enjoyed our stay. However, our experience with the staff was less than satisfactory. In particular, dealing with Fatima was very disappointing. She was unprofessional and did not treat us with the respect customers deserve. This negative interaction affected our overall experience.

The hotel is very well designed. I enjoyed the kids club with the children and especially the pools are very nice and relaxing. I will definitely come with my family again and will look forward to enjoy my vacation in the hotel. Guest relations Nabila has been very helpful and assisted us with a big smile she made our vacation very special

Beautiful hotel with views of the forest, lake, and Sapanca lights. The water and ambiance everywhere is relaxing. The staff are so lovely and helpful from the reception, to the restaurant, to the spa. The spa is amazing, especially the warm water in the outdoor lagoon. It's a place that's really great for families with kids to relax. Hasan in reception is super professional and helpful!!
