My stay at the Elite World Grand in Sapanca was absolutely wonderful, thanks in large part to the incredible hospitality of Zehra from guest relations. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, helping me find another room that was just perfect.
Zehra also invited me to enjoy a cup of traditional Turkish coffee with her, explaining the beautiful custom of welcoming guests into one’s home this way. We shared such a warm and genuine conversation that made me feel completely comfortable.
The next day, she surprised me with a thoughtful Turkish gift and told me that we had begun a friendship that would last 40 years — such a touching sentiment that I will always remember.
Thanks to Zehra and the rest of the staff, my experience at the Elite World Grand was far more than just a hotel stay — it was a glimpse into true Turkish hospitality and kindness. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapanca near Sakarya, Turkey!

Unfortunately our room was positioned at the West-Wing of the Hotel-complex, Right in Front of the huge Air-condition Systems. These are too loud and make it almost impossible to have a chat on the Balcony.
One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible service provided by the staff. In particular, Yaren was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Her warm hospitality and professionalism truly made my stay memorable.
The spa and wellness center is a must-visit, with a variety of treatments that leave you feeling rejuvenated. The dining options are also excellent, offering a wide range of delicious dishes to suit every palate.
Overall, Elite World Grand Sapanca exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.
