We stayed here to celebrate a dear friend's birthday. My first impression was the friendly staff. The warm and helpful approach of the management manager is commendable. If I were to rate it on a scale of 1-10, I'd give it: - Room cleanliness 10 - Pool 10 - Fitness center 7 - Sauna 9 - Food deliciousness and service 10

A Unique experience
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Baltürk Garden with my family. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional.

The moment we arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were quickly escorted to my room.

Speaking of the room, it was absolutely stunning. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the high-end furnishings to the plush bedding and linens. The room was also equipped with all the modern amenities including 2 large flat-screens TV, high-speed internet, and a jacuzzi.

The hotel's facilities were equally impressive with a hot pool in the garden to swim, surrounded with green areas to listen to the nature and relax.

We had excellent breakfast with variety of choices and also had a special dinner with birthday celebration of my wife. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented, and the service was impeccable.

Overall, my stay at Baltürk Garden was truly unforgettable. The level of service and attention to detail was unparalleled, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a five-star experience.

I can say, hands down, the best hotel in the area. Excellent facilities, tasty food, and attentive service. The heated pool is a treat to splash down in the winter. n amazing retreat to disconnect and relax.

my wife and I visited Balturk Garden Sapance in Aug 2022, it was a real different experience.
Sherene, in the front desk, gave us a very warm welcome, the staff was very cooperating .
the neighborhood is very quite with amble space for car park.
the Hotel is small but who needs huge hotels.
the swimming pool and around was very clean
breakfast outstanding
the room is very clean with all required facilities.

Looks even better than the pictures. It's a very lovely hotel, the aesthetic was well thought out. The rooms are clean and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, especially Ramadan and the older man who stands by the door, unfortunately I don't remember his name. They have a gorgeous pool as well. 10/10 would recommend to future travellers.
