We recently spent an enjoyable two night stay at NG Sapanca. The rooms were very large and clean . The open buffet offers an extensive range of food. I am really not a fan of huge hotels with open buffets but the staff at this hotel really are so nice and try so hard I have to mention them . In the winter there are only 2 pools to use - one is for adults and one for families . I had an issue when 3 young children were in the adult pool. After contacting the staff ( first thought I was in the wrong pool) they immediately tried to correct the situation. It was interesting to see that this was hard for the staff ( 2 people called) and some people with children refused to leave the adult pool at first. The lifeguard could have been more pro active from he start as once people get in the water it is hard to make them change their venue . The garden at the hotel is very pleasant and you can take a walk through the trees which were very beautiful as they were in full autumn colours . Even though it is a very large hotel there are ample places for everyone to relax . I used the hamam and had a ritual hamam experience which was very good. The price was reasonable . At first there were some very noisy people in the hamam but the attendant immediately moved me to a more private section which was nice of her . All in all an enjoyable two night stay

I stayed here with my husband for 2 days as part of our honeymoon. We really loved it. The service was very nice, hotel was so clean and there was plenty of food for everyone's taste. Spa is also a must if you come here. It is very clean and they offer broad services when it comes to massages.

The hotel’s location and natural surroundings are absolutely wonderful – perfect for relaxing and for romantic short getaways. However, weekends tend to get very crowded, which significantly reduces the overall service quality.

The SPA was also below our expectations. The masseurs did not seem very skilled, and in terms of price–performance, the experience was disappointing compared to similar hotels.

Great setting, but improvements in service consistency and SPA quality would make it truly exceptional.

I recently stayed at NG Sapanca Wellness & Convention, and it was truly an outstanding experience. The place itself is beautiful, calm, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The service was excellent, with staff who were not only professional but also very attentive and friendly. The food was amazing, offering a great variety with top quality. Overall, NG Sapanca combines comfort, luxury, and genuine hospitality - I'm very happy with my stay and highly recommend it.

Berk Can was incredibly kind and took the time to guide both me and my son through several fun activities in the garden animation area — from golf to bocce and other sports. He was patient, encouraging, and made everything easy to understand and enjoyable. Thanks to him, we felt welcomed and had a great time trying new things. A big thank you to Berk for making our experience so memorable!

The food and the service is always on point. Our waiter, Asli, was very attentive and respectful. We come every year and will keep coming
