The employee are very friendly, the internet connection is good and there is AC u can adjust so even if its hot AC can do the job but sometimes its stopped working.
There is supermarket near from the hotel (sok)
And there is very few restaurants around.
But the rooms very small and i was in floor 5 (top floor) and half of the room you cannot used because the selling is too short it will hit your head.
The noise is the biggest issue unfortunately the room is close to each others and you can hear a lot of noise from other roommates.
The floor 5 also have room for staff which they stay till 10pm and more and they blast music or video and you can listen to your room.
The car and plane noise is not that much very minimal.
The elevator have stopped working for a period of time which was very annoying and for some reason is it won’t allow you go to ground floor but can go to other floor its very weird.
There is no kitchen and no microwave which is very annoying only fridge and water kittle
But I highly suggest to check other hotel that have better noise management.
Except if you’re staying for very short time and you want something cheap for one day only.
Also the underfloor heating was a major plus!
The check-in can be done anytime as opposed to at 11 pm the latest I read somewhere. They gave me a morning call at 6 am upon my request.
A smooth stay at this good hotel contributes to my wonderful memory of the cute Turkey and Istanbul :)
