Excellent, reasonable price, nice environment, and the breakfast is superb.

Room cleaning was yuck two days without mugs and coffee bags. Body shampoo ran out it took two days until they refilled.  the bed was not that comfortable. You can see that they are worn sheets and towels Very old and unfresh. I thought the room service menu was limited. The location was good close to the airport Asia side.

For business in asian side, this hotel is perfect, have good rooms, unfortunately the restaurant and kitchen closes early!

The rooms were spacious and excellent, with a beautiful view, but the windows were not clean. There were no utensils in the kitchen, and we had to pay 250 lira for plates and dishes. Most of the washing machines in the laundry room were not working. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and the pool was also very good.

Upon arrival we received a room facing the main street. We could not sleep well because of the noise of the cars, but the next day the room was replaced with a quieter one. Thanks to the understanding staff. Everything was good, but the room's bathroom is old and needs maintenance and updating.

A good hotel at a very reasonable price

The staff was really kind and the hotel's cat was really adorable. My room wasn't clean I had hoped and it was a little bit out of date. I had expected some basic items such as cotton swabs, water bottles and hand sanitizer, yet they weren't included. The stairs were narrow and you can kind of hear other guests' noises. The best thing about this hotel is that it's close to the subway.
