NEVER RECOMMEND! Read the whole Unfortunately, the whole hotel is so dirty and smells so bad that you vomit The shower / toilet smells so bad that the smell enters the room.
Test and remove the duvet cover, the pillow case and you will see how dirty and bloody the pillow and sheets are. the cleaning is not good at all as they do not have a vacuum cleaner. The headboard is full of dust and dirt because it is not vacuumed during cleaning.
you only get drinking water in a mug if you ask the reception. the breakfast is terribly disgusting, the environment in the restaurant makes you vomit. There is no Lobby where you can sit a bit if you wish. We wanted to cancel the hotel the next day because the experience was terrible, but the hotel refused a refund. it's the year 2022 but the hotel does not even have a vacuum cleaner how can you clean and remove dust without a vacuum cleaner ???? when you ask the receptionist for help, to help up the cart then he says unfortunately. there is no elevator at the entrance either
The water flow in the shower is uneven, one second you burn yourself, while the next second you freeze during the shower

Absolutely terrible experience for the money you pay. We booked deluxe room which was small, destroyed and smelled bad. The tv was not working. The heating was not working as well.The air condition had only one option-20 degrees, hence was very cold during the night. The curtains was falling down as the certain rod was broken and we had to repair it.The breakfast was included in the price, however in the morning we were informed that the hotel is not able to serve breakfast, as the staff won't come at work this day. Avoid this hotel. They are so many hotels in Istanbul which have better conditions for this money.

Not a buffet for breakfast like it's advertised online but the same breakfast every single day.
The room is not cleaned properly, some days it will not be cleaned at all.
The shower was broken and nothing was done to fix it.
Twice there were no water in the bathroom during the whole night until 9am the first time and 12pm the second time and we were not provided any water (we just got a bottle pf 1.5liters for 2 when i asked the 2nd time).
One of the receptionist was very nice and friendly, contrary to the manager.
We stayed there for a week and I would not recommend this hotel!
