They stole my wallet with money and important documents. After I reported it, they returned my wallet but no the money. They did not take responsibility, even though there is evidence from the footage. The biggest shame is that they did not even come to explain to me and apologize, but no one came to answer me. Zero respect for the customer. Don't make the mistake of going to a hotel with thieves.

The property itself is actually quite nice compared to others in the area, but the cleaning service was non-existent. I stayed for ten days, and my sheets weren't changed even once. As for fresh towels, I had to go and ask for them myself, or even get them on my own.

Rate is 0 , I swear to god this is the last time I’m coming here .. it’s been 3 days im telling reception to ask housekeepers to clean my room nobody even check .. im putting garbage outside! No heating in this cold .. for advice never go there Uhh ..! Very bad

Unfortunately we were provided with hotel as part of our package through last minute. The carpets had stains all over and filthy, All bathrooms had moulds inside the shower trey and the drain water keep coming back. None of the fridges were working. Pillows had turned yellow and the bed linen was ripped. I saw insect droppings around the honey pots while I went for breakfast. When raised my concerns to the management they gave me a smaller room which was as filthy and smelly. I was being bitten so badly all over my body and had to change the hotel during our stay. If anyone wants to book this hotel please don’t as this will ruin your whole experience in Istanbul.

I first chose this hotel cos of the location and the friendly evening reception (amazing guy). However, in the morning the treatment of the receptionist (Brunet lady) and the care taker (ginger hair lady) were disgustingly rude, unprofessional and have no customer service training. They even shouted at me in Turkish (assume cussing me). I had to complain about them to the hotel manager who was a good man. I felt huge discrimination due to the fact that I saw their friendly faces to other customers, but to me it was just generally unwelcomed. I had to leave the hotel, because I did not want my holiday to be ruined because of them.

Bad food. Staff is very rude. Only good thing is location. Environment is not good for family. Lot of girls comes from nearby clubs. Those clubs are not normal. Overall, you can get far better hotel on same price.
