We were truly delighted with our stay at this hotel. The quality of the breakfast, the Executive Lounge, and the guest rooms exceeded our expectations. Our check-in experience was handled with great professionalism, and the colleague assisting us at the reception was exceptionally helpful throughout the process.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Süleyman from the bell team. He is a remarkable individual who provided outstanding assistance and made us feel genuinely welcomed.

Overall, the service and hospitality we received made our stay extremely pleasant, and we look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel's modern, clean, and spacious rooms, spa area, and restaurant bar services were excellent. Our room was large and very clean. We would like to thank Mr. Enes, Mr. Erdi, Mr. Serhan, and Ms. Nilay for making our trip enjoyable with their warm and friendly smiles. We are very grateful for their attention. Located in one of the most ideal areas, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station (M2). They also offer complimentary scheduled shuttle rides to and from İstinye Park, which is only a 5–10 minute drive depending on traffic.

The hotel itself is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. A big thank you to Mr. Ali from reception for his excellent service and hospitality.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The service was prompt, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job throughout our stay. The internet speed was great, and the breakfast was a must-try — offering a variety of delicious, mouth-watering options to start the day right.

Lastly, a heartfelt thank you to Mr. Ilker from the main restaurant — what a brilliant person! He assisted us with every request and always with a smile.

Ilker at breakfast – what a guy! I didn’t even need to ask — he would bring my family fresh juice and always made sure we had everything we needed. His excellent service and genuine care really made our mornings special. He’s an absolute asset to Hilton and a big reason why I’ll remember this stay so positively.

Taylan in Guest Relations was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and taking time for a lovely conversation. He resolved my queries quickly and left a great impression with his professionalism and friendliness.

Nilay at check-out was also fantastic — warm, caring, and made sure everything went smoothly.

In the spa, Battak was amazing! He even helped my daughter with her float and was always smiling and attentive — truly an asset to the spa team. Erjul was very welcoming, and Neslihan was also great.

In the Executive Lounge, Ismail and Suleyman stood out with their kindness and helpfulness. Ismail especially — always smiling and ready to help — what a guy!

I stay at Hilton Maslak regularly and it has consistently been a pleasant experience. The rooms are comfortable and sufficiently equipped, and you can clearly see the attention to cleanliness. The breakfast is varied and of good quality, with plenty of fresh options. The staff is friendly and helpful, which really enhances the overall stay.
Overall, it’s a reliable hotel for both business and leisure trips. I definitely recommend it.
