I loved the hotel, even it is my first visit. The hotel is very clean, all stuff is excellent. Especially the Nabila, from guest relations, is an excellent person with her positive attitude and smiling face

I am suprised to see how she improved herself on local language, Turkish, she speaks almost like a native I loved the swimming pool, outside of the building, with hot water Food is delicious, ample and tasty Hope to come again

The spa and wellness center is a must-visit, with a variety of treatments that leave you feeling rejuvenated. The dining options are also excellent, offering a wide range of delicious dishes to suit every palate

Mustafa in the food service area—he was exceptionally kind and attentive. Excellent service overall! Highly recommended

Wonderful Stay at Elite World Grand My stay at the Elite World Grand in Sapanca was absolutely wonderful, thanks in large part to the incredible hospitality of Zehra from guest relations

Good outdoor activities, adults swimming pools, little zoo, kids play area, kids swimming pools, good restaurants & cafes. Delicious food buffet, full tasty courses starters, main dish, deserts & ice-cream

It was interesting to see that this was hard for the staff ( 2 people called) and some people with children refused to leave the adult pool at first

I am really not a fan of huge hotels with open buffets but the staff at this hotel really are so nice and try so hard I have to mention them

This hotel in Sapanca was truly a pleasant surprise! When we desire to go to 'halal resorts', we usually go to Antalya, Marmaris and the Mediterranean region in general, as it is known for such all-inclusive (her şey dahil) resorts

Cabir Deluxe is a gem waiting to be found, we have stayed 5 nights in the place. Excellent service, fascinating design and great staff. Especially we enjoyed the spa which was very clean and welcoming

So at the beginning I was skeptical as to whether a resort not too far from Istanbul (and one that does not have a beach) would offer a competitive service! I am glad we gave it a try! We stayed in Cabir for four nights and enjoyed our experience immensely! The number one aspect that I admired about this hotel was that it was serious about the concept 'halal'

Everything was good and comfortable, the beds were new, the rooms were large, the bathroom was spacious, the stairs were comfortable, and it was in a very nice, central location

My wife and I had a very nice and attentive stay at the Green Mount Hotel in Sapanca Kırkpınar for three nights. The location is convenient, with a cable car, market, and the lake all within walking distance

I think it is a big plus that they serve with a smile as much as the room cleaning from the reception. I guess it wasn't added to the maps alone. They should get it fixed asap

To this day I disappointed that I purchased through the net Sapanca Aqua Hotel is a 3 hotel if you are in one of them, hopefully we'll go again soon, it's already starting in the reception positive attitudes in the kitchen (thanks to the sprout lady)I wish the hotel good customers lucrative manifested itself throughout your labor health

The food is very kid friendly. Mine are picky eaters but enjoyed the chicken nuggets, pizza, and fettuccine Alfredo. Husband and I ate some izgara dishes which we thought were very good

I guess about 12 hours a day but they are always so professional and able to smile customer and gave them positive energy. Also they have very good massage u should definitely try it

We had a very good time there ! Everything is clean and tidy, the pool is clean and big, towels and tissue are all provided. There is also some food in the fridge like drinks, honey and tahini halva and some more food

There is a small market and restaurant that was a bit more expensive, however the food was good👍🏽. There is also a small football pitch🏟️. There were too many ants and mosquitoes outside that were annoying
