The spa treatment was amazing! I recommend Nina for turkish bath and Swedish massage! So good! Hotel is a bit noisy with the kids, but everything else is great! Food is okay, could be better!

It was interesting to see that this was hard for the staff ( 2 people called) and some people with children refused to leave the adult pool at first

I am really not a fan of huge hotels with open buffets but the staff at this hotel really are so nice and try so hard I have to mention them

It was nice, we came here for Kartepe, there is a little distance between it and Kartepe, but the price is expensive here. If it is bought from the internet, it is very convenient, enjoyable, beautiful musical place

I think it is a big plus that they serve with a smile as much as the room cleaning from the reception. I guess it wasn't added to the maps alone. They should get it fixed asap

To this day I disappointed that I purchased through the net Sapanca Aqua Hotel is a 3 hotel if you are in one of them, hopefully we'll go again soon, it's already starting in the reception positive attitudes in the kitchen (thanks to the sprout lady)I wish the hotel good customers lucrative manifested itself throughout your labor health

Perfect It was part of long trip.

I guess about 12 hours a day but they are always so professional and able to smile customer and gave them positive energy. Also they have very good massage u should definitely try it

My family and my friend’s family went there for the spa-pool-hamam package and we had the most wonderful time. Burhan and the rest of the staff made us all feel happy, pampered, and at home

A very pleasant place with really nice staff. The inside swimming pool and the spa area are very good. Tip for travellers: get a bonnet as it is mandatory in the swimming pool

We had excellent breakfast with variety of choices and also had a special dinner with birthday celebration of my wife. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented, and the service was impeccable

The only problem is that when we went to the restaurant for live music, we saw that there were reservations made with names written on the tables, so we had to go to the back lounge and spend time there and listen to music, this incident also bothered me because it was my wife's birthday, after that I noticed that the writings on the tables were removed, no one came, we did not want to sit and listen...

Reasonable price, clean place, close to everything like markets, shops, restaurants etc. I highly recommend others to stay here. The parking lot at the back of the motel saved my life :). Thank you
