The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good
The staff were truly amazing — always friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Ceylan and Ms. Seher, who made me feel very welcome.
A special thanks to the manager, Mr. Ismail, for his kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality that made my stay even more enjoyable.
The massage service was also excellent and very relaxing.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Amazing staff (family oriented), amazing location, lovely swimming pool and slides, always clean, decent rooms with working WIFI and an excellent customer service. Lovely fresh breakfast every morning with plenty options. Definitely we will come back here, we really did enjoy our stay. Thank you very much for your service guys.

Great if you have young kids! My kids and I had a ton of fun alternating between the water slides, pools, playground, and kids play room. We watched the outdoor kids movie two of the nights we stayed. I really liked the staff, everyone was friendly and accommodating. They were very attentive and sweet to my kids. I liked that the pool is supervised with multiple lifeguards who were attentive and professional. The food is very kid friendly. Mine are picky eaters but enjoyed the chicken nuggets, pizza, and fettuccine Alfredo. Husband and I ate some izgara dishes which we thought were very good. The breakfast has a lot of hot and cold options which were delicious! And there were new breakfast dishes offered each day. The only downside is it's not very walkable as a car is needed to get around town (or public transport?). The gym was OK but not a lot of variety in it, just a couple cardio and weight machines. Otherwise I highly recommend this charming hotel!

TORRIBLETTTTTT DO NOT EVEN PASS THROUGH THE DOOR IN ONE WORD TORTTTTT THEY DO NOT HAVE A SINGLE POSITIVE ACTION ON BEHALF OF THE BUSINESS THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY BAD THEY ARE TREATED AS WHERE DID YOU COME FROM MANY PEOPLE COME TO THE BIG BUSINESS WITH THEIR EXCUSES AND MISTAKES OF COURSE THERE WILL BE THOSE WHO COME TO THE BUSINESS THE FOOD IS BAD THERE IS NO SPACE TO REST THE PERSON AT THE RECEPTION DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE WORLD THE CUSTOMERS WILL FIGHT IN A VERY SHORT TIME AND WE WILL SEE THEM ON THE SHOW NEWS DEFINITELY STAY AT THE BANK DON'T GO IT WAS AN INCREDIBLY BAD EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN IN MY LIFE ALL I WANT TO SAY IS HOTEL, BUT EVEN CALLING IT HOTEL WOULD BE A SHAME

If you want to waste your money you can come here, let alone the employees, the service including the owner of the hotel was not good at all. Five families went and they were uncomfortable because we were crowded and they told us so. But I think they shouldn't take it if they can't handle that many people. We were kicked out of the restaurant because we didn't get the service we expected, we wanted to leave the hotel ourselves, they didn't accept a refund, a member of our family was threatened in a contact manner, we can't accept such service as customers.

My family and my friend’s family went there for the spa-pool-hamam package and we had the most wonderful time. Mr. Burhan and the rest of the staff made us all feel happy, pampered, and at home. Thank you for the warm hospitality and we look forward to coming back again soon.

Disappointment
An ideal hotel to stay in the summer. However, there is nothing to do in the spring and winter months. There is only an indoor pool (a germ nest), sauna and Turkish bath (mixed for men and women) where you can spend your time. Other than that, there is no hammock, swing etc. If you just want to relax, sit, lie down and come back without doing anything, go.
