We stayed for one night at this hotel and we really loved it. Everything was good and comfortable, the beds were new, the rooms were large, the bathroom was spacious, the stairs were comfortable, and it was in a very nice, central location. We loved it and we would like to thank the staff as well.

Both the staff and the owner strive to maximize customer satisfaction with their polite and courteous approach. Their warm smiles at the entrance make me feel like this is exactly the accommodation I'm looking for. Its central location also makes it easy to access everything. Thank you.

My wife and I had a very nice and attentive stay at the Green Mount Hotel in Sapanca Kırkpınar for three nights. The location is convenient, with a cable car, market, and the lake all within walking distance. We highly recommend it.

More attention should be paid to the cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms. We entered the hotel healthy as a family and left infected with germs. I don't want to go into detail, but it was very dirty.

It was nice, we came here for Kartepe, there is a little distance between it and Kartepe, but the price is expensive here. If it is bought from the internet, it is very convenient, enjoyable, beautiful musical place

He always prefers this type of accommodation during my business trips. Warm and friendly service is my favourite. I discovered this place through a site. I think it is a big plus that they serve with a smile as much as the room cleaning from the reception. Breakfast was very good. I guess it wasn't added to the maps alone. They should get it fixed asap. So I went to the wrong place. But I still give 5 stars for the smiling service..

I recommend it with its friendly staff and clean hygienic rooms. The only hotel I will stay in Sapanca to spend a weekend. Thanks to Mr. Tolga for his interest and treatment.
