I loved the hotel, even it is my first visit. The hotel is very clean, all stuff is excellent. Especially the Nabila, from guest relations, is an excellent person with her positive attitude and smiling face. I am suprised to see how she improved herself on local language, Turkish, she speaks almost like a native I loved the swimming pool, outside of the building, with hot water Food is delicious...

I had a great experience during my stay. Oguzhan and Nabilah at the guest relation were extremely helpful and polite. Their warm welcome made everything smooth. A special thanks to Mr. Mustafa in the food service area—he was exceptionally kind and attentive. Excellent service overall! Highly recommended.

We recently spent an enjoyable two night stay at NG Sapanca. The rooms were very large and clean . The open buffet offers an extensive range of food. I am really not a fan of huge hotels with open buffets but the staff at this hotel really are so nice and try so hard I have to mention them . In the winter there are only 2 pools to use - one is for adults and one for families . I had an issue when...

I stayed here with my husband for 2 days as part of our honeymoon. We really loved it. The service was very nice, hotel was so clean and there was plenty of food for everyone's taste. Spa is also a must if you come here. It is very clean and they offer broad services when it comes to massages.

We stayed for one night at this hotel and we really loved it. Everything was good and comfortable, the beds were new, the rooms were large, the bathroom was spacious, the stairs were comfortable, and it was in a very nice, central location. We loved it and we would like to thank the staff as well.

My wife and I had a very nice and attentive stay at the Green Mount Hotel in Sapanca Kırkpınar for three nights. The location is convenient, with a cable car, market, and the lake all within walking distance. We highly recommend it.

Great if you have young kids! My kids and I had a ton of fun alternating between the water slides, pools, playground, and kids play room. The best hotel in Sapanca far on, i experienced all Sapanca 5* hotels and this was in one word "The Best" - Location the best, center location and have a very nice view of Sapanca lake and surroundings. - Super professional staff, they make you feel very precious like you are the only guest in the hotel, very humble with always smiley face. The villa was very clean, and the pool was large and well-maintained. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, especially for those who don’t expect a hot breakfast. I had a wonderful time with my family and would love to come back again. The only downside was the location — the villa is on top of a mountain, so it’s only accessible by private car or taxi. The roads are very steep and winding.

Our room was very stylishly designed and clean. However, there was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. We called the front desk and asked for some; they said 'okay' but it never arrived. The view was amazing, though.

There is also some food in the fridge like drinks, honey and tahini halva and some more food. There is a small market and restaurant that was a bit more expensive, however the food was good👍🏽.
