Especially the Nabila, from guest relations, is an excellent person with her positive attitude and smiling face. I had a great experience during my stay. Oguzhan and Nabilah at the guest relation were extremely helpful and polite. Their warm welcome made everything smooth. We recently spent an enjoyable two night stay at NG Sapanca. The rooms were very large and clean . The open buffet offers an extensive range of food. I am really not a fan of huge hotels with open buffets but the staff at this hotel really are so nice and try so hard I have to mention them . In the winter there are only 2 pools to use - one is for adults and one for families . I had an issue when...

I stayed here with my husband for 2 days as part of our honeymoon. We really loved it. The service was very nice, hotel was so clean and there was plenty of food for everyone's taste. Spa is also a must if you come here. It is very clean and they offer broad services when it comes to massages.

My wife and I had a very nice and attentive stay at the Green Mount Hotel in Sapanca Kırkpınar for three nights. The location is convenient, with a cable car, market, and the lake all within walking distance. We highly recommend it.

We were pleased with our duplex bungalow overlooking Lake Sapanca. The restaurant was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and sweet.

It was a bungalow that we went to for the first time. We were very pleased, they were very attentive. It was constantly heated with air conditioning and there was an additional fireplace. It was a pet-friendly business and very clean, but you should definitely go and see it, it is a quiet and peaceful environment.
