I had a great experience during my stay. Oguzhan and Nabilah at the guest relation were extremely helpful and polite. Their warm welcome made everything smooth

The spa and wellness center is a must-visit, with a variety of treatments that leave you feeling rejuvenated. The dining options are also excellent, offering a wide range of delicious dishes to suit every palate

I loved the hotel, even it is my first visit. The hotel is very clean, all stuff is excellent. Especially the Nabila, from guest relations, is an excellent person with her positive attitude and smiling face

I am suprised to see how she improved herself on local language, Turkish, she speaks almost like a native I loved the swimming pool, outside of the building, with hot water Food is delicious, ample and tasty Hope to come again

We chose this hotel as a relaxing getaway and it was the best choice. The rooms are clean and spacious. The walk in the woods within the hotel was such an adventure

It was interesting to see that this was hard for the staff ( 2 people called) and some people with children refused to leave the adult pool at first

In the winter there are only 2 pools to use - one is for adults and one for families. I had an issue when 3 young children were in the adult pool

We scheduled a busy massage calendar for the whole family, and the service was both refreshing and professional

After contacting the staff ( first thought I was in the wrong pool) they immediately tried to correct the situation

I did not have any problems with cleaning. Also, since there was Netflix, I was able to enjoy the cinema. There was a jacuzzi in all houses, so I could easily make a choice

Mini Market closed at all time. We discovered if we need anything we have to request the receptionist to come and open the shop. And surprise the items have not price label. Swimming pool hours where never shared

We were pleased with our duplex bungalow overlooking Lake Sapanca. The restaurant was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and sweet.

A quiet facility surrounded by nature, where you can completely relax. Although I visited alone, it is suitable for families with children. All services can be brought to your doorstep

The rooms are clean and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, especially Ramadan and the older man who stands by the door, unfortunately I don't remember his name. They have a gorgeous pool as well

The only problem is that when we went to the restaurant for live music, we saw that there were reservations made with names written on the tables, so we had to go to the back lounge and spend time there and listen to music, this incident also bothered me because it was my wife's birthday, after that I noticed that the writings on the tables were removed, no one came, we did not want to sit and listen...

Great if you have young kids! My kids and I had a ton of fun alternating between the water slides, pools, playground, and kids play room. We watched the outdoor kids movie two of the nights we stayed

My wife and I had a very nice and attentive stay at the Green Mount Hotel in Sapanca Kırkpınar for three nights. The location is convenient, with a cable car, market, and the lake all within walking distance
