I am suprised to see how she improved herself on local language, Turkish, she speaks almost like a native I loved the swimming pool, outside of the building, with hot water Food is delicious, ample and tasty Hope to come again

Wonderful Stay at Elite World Grand My stay at the Elite World Grand in Sapanca was absolutely wonderful, thanks in large part to the incredible hospitality of Zehra from guest relations

The next day, she surprised me with a thoughtful Turkish gift and told me that we had begun a friendship that would last 40 years — such a touching sentiment that I will always remember

I had a great experience during my stay. Oguzhan and Nabilah at the guest relation were extremely helpful and polite. Their warm welcome made everything smooth

Zehra also invited me to enjoy a cup of traditional Turkish coffee with her, explaining the beautiful custom of welcoming guests into one’s home this way

We chose this hotel as a relaxing getaway and it was the best choice. The rooms are clean and spacious. The walk in the woods within the hotel was such an adventure

It was interesting to see that this was hard for the staff ( 2 people called) and some people with children refused to leave the adult pool at first

In the winter there are only 2 pools to use - one is for adults and one for families. I had an issue when 3 young children were in the adult pool

After contacting the staff ( first thought I was in the wrong pool) they immediately tried to correct the situation

I stayed here with my husband for 2 days as part of our honeymoon. The service was very nice, hotel was so clean and there was plenty of food for everyone's taste. Spa is also a must if you come here

It definitely went well beyond that! First of all, this was the first halal hotel in my experience that provided both women-only and men-only swimming pools! All other resorts we've been to had women-only and mixed swimming pools

The design and the location of the women pool was very smart! While the women pool was indoor, it was surrounded by a glass wall allowing for the magnificent view of Sapanca lake down the hill to be enjoyed, thus providing a relaxing atmosphere

So at the beginning I was skeptical as to whether a resort not too far from Istanbul (and one that does not have a beach) would offer a competitive service! I am glad we gave it a try! We stayed in Cabir for four nights and enjoyed our experience immensely! The number one aspect that I admired about this hotel was that it was serious about the concept 'halal'

In addition, we greatly appreciated the fact that across all the hotel (in the room, restaurant, cafes etc) there wasn't a single product (beverage or otherwise) that was on the boycott list! Unlike some 'halal resorts', there was a strict no mobile phone policy inside the women area and nakedness was prohibited even in the sauna and Turkish hamam facilities

The Turkish hamam is obviously an experience not to be missed! In particular, I would like to thank Sinta, the beautiful, courteous and well-mannered Indonesian lady who diligently provided me with an enjoyable massage and hamam experience! In addition, all hotel staff were diligent, hardworking and attended to any queries promptly

I did not have any problems with cleaning. Also, since there was Netflix, I was able to enjoy the cinema. There was a jacuzzi in all houses, so I could easily make a choice

Mini Market closed at all time. We discovered if we need anything we have to request the receptionist to come and open the shop. And surprise the items have not price label. Swimming pool hours where never shared

We were pleased with our duplex bungalow overlooking Lake Sapanca. The restaurant was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and sweet.

My wife and I had a very nice and attentive stay at the Green Mount Hotel in Sapanca Kırkpınar for three nights. The location is convenient, with a cable car, market, and the lake all within walking distance

Everything was good and comfortable, the beds were new, the rooms were large, the bathroom was spacious, the stairs were comfortable, and it was in a very nice, central location

I think it is a big plus that they serve with a smile as much as the room cleaning from the reception. I guess it wasn't added to the maps alone. They should get it fixed asap
