Ibis Istanbul Tuzla Hotel in Tuzla

We had a very pleasant stay and genuinely enjoyed our time at this hotel. From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by a cozy, biscuit-like scent that immediately creates a warm and comforting atmosphere — a small detail, but a very memorable one.

The hotel is thoughtfully and beautifully structured. The layout feels intuitive and inviting: the bar is conveniently located on the right side of the reception, while the dining hall sits on the left. There’s also a small self-service corner where you can easily grab snacks or drinks, which is a really nice and practical touch.

The location is excellent, making everything easily accessible and stress-free. Breakfast was another highlight — well served, varied, and not limited to Turkish options. The toasting machine, in particular, was my personal favorite and added a fun, satisfying start to the day.

We also want to highlight the outstanding service: when we asked the personnel for foot towels, they helped us kindly and immediately, which truly reflects their attentiveness and hospitality.

Overall, a cozy, well-designed hotel with great service, a lovely atmosphere, and thoughtful details that make the stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended.

I had to stay at this hotel due to a flight cancellation. The staff were very attentive and willing to help. The bathrooms in the rooms could offer a bit more variety in amenities. I didn’t notice any difference between the premium Wi-Fi and the standard Wi-Fi, although the premium Wi-Fi requires membership, which you can sign up for. Overall, it is one of the nicer hotels that can be comfortably preferred.

we had such a lovely time here. it was only for one night as we waited for a transferring flight, but the service was lovely and the food as truly Turkish as it could get! our waitress Pınar was such a sweet soul and she took care of everything for us during breakfast and lunch - very friendly!

Very good, convenient transportation, very convenient to transfer from ist to saw in Istanbul, but the location is average, not suitable for tourism

The hotel environment and hygiene are okay, and the sound insulation effect is good. However, the bed is very soft and unstable. I booked a double bed, which felt smaller than in China. In addition, there is no disposable toothbrush or toothpaste, so I went to a convenience store one kilometer away to buy it.
