Emirtimes Hotel & Spa Tuzla in Tuzla

+ Staff was very nice and polite The food served in the restaurant was very tasteful and we received a very good service. The room was clean with sufficient space. Early breakfast starting from 06:30 (still preparing the buffet) normally it starts at 07:00
- The transfer to the airport supposed to be free but when I asked for the transfer they called a taxi. When we arrived at the airport the taxi driver told me to pay for the trip. I refused and told him to call the hotel because they told me this service is free.

Missed our connection so had to stay near the airport for a night. What had started as a inconvenience quickly turned into a luxurious break in the middle of our trip. The hotel not only has large rooms and comfortable beds but also include includes hamam complete with sauna finish hamam and a cold shock shower if you’re so inclined. We visited during Ramadan and we’re delighted to see that they provided breakfast starting at 3 AM..

A very pleasant stay and an excellent transfer service. The best part for me was the airport pickup - it’s so convenient to be met right at the airport and not have to worry about anything after a flight. Both drivers were kind and helpful, and I’d like to give a special thank-you to Sadettin: he is very polite, drives carefully, and makes the ride feel safe and smooth. The car was clean, and I really appreciated the assistance with luggage, the driver helped with the suitcases, and the concierge took over when we arrived at the hotel. Seamless service.

As for the hotel, a major advantage is its proximity to the airport, which is perfect for late arrivals and early departures. The rooms are clean, and even though Turkish hotels can sometimes have a cigarette smell, the staff paid attention to my request for a non-smoking room and provided a well-ventilated room, which I truly appreciate.

Breakfast is solid with everything you might need (cheese, cold cuts, porridge, fruit, vegetables). I don’t eat much in the morning, but I especially loved the olives in olive oil, genuinely delicious.

There is also a spa, which I haven’t had time to visit yet (in the evening I just want to sleep, and in the morning it’s back to the airport), but I definitely plan to try it next time.

The only small downside is that the walls are a bit thin, so I’d recommend bringing earplugs or simply sleeping deeply. You can also hear the early morning call to prayer around 6 a.m., but it lasts only about 7-8 minutes and didn’t bother me at all. I respect local traditions, and it’s actually quite beautiful.

A lovely bonus: there’s a great bakery nearby called “Enise pasta and cafe”, I highly recommend buying traditional pastries and cookies to take home. A perfect treat for kids and family.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel - clean, convenient, and with truly caring service.

Hotel is 10 minutes from the airport , free pick up but remember first shuttle is at 07:00am so if you have early flight you need taxi . Smell of cigarettes in the rooms are very pungent and we asked to change our room but they are all smoking rooms.
Food is nice and staff are helpful.

The hotel was good and the staff were also good, but the airport transfer and drivers were excellent. I recommend you try it.

The room was quite spacious with a good layout! The cleanliness of the hotel room was just okay, and the hotel service was decent too. The hotel location is convenient, with several small supermarkets nearby, making it easy to buy things.

Excellent hotel with excellent staff, extremely clean, great breakfast, ideal for the airport will ,always use this hotel in future, it's just better than the rest

The location is quite remote, surrounded by industrial areas.

**Facilities**: The room was advertised as around 30 square meters, but it definitely wasn't that big in reality.

**Hygiene**: It was alright.

**Environment**: The location is a bit out of the way.

**Service**: It was okay. The staff didn't even help with luggage, and then asked for a 200 tip! Not worth it!

The hotel itself was quite nice and most people in the service were friendly. However, communication was a bit complicated because their English was so so. That being said, most of the staff made an effort and we managed to understand each other.

The rooms are big and recently renovated. The spa is good. The breakfast was very nice. The transport to the airport was nice as well. And the driver was super friendly. All in all for the price was quite good.

There were a few things we didn’t like. The young boy who accompanied us to the room demanded insistively for a big tip just to carry in the elevator the luggage that we didn’t need any help. We offered 3 € and said more. We went to the lobby and offered to give a small tip in Turkish lira. The person at the desk said we didn’t had to give a tip if we didn’t want to. And he was angry but let it be. This was a very bad experience.

In the pictures you can see the door of the shower was missing. There was a bit of molde in the bathroom.

And the room was not well isolated from the road, so we could hear all night the cars and trucks going by since it’s in an industrial area.

To sum up. It’s good value for the price. We were quite satisfied overall. Only a few details would make this a great experience. They should look into it because it’s just a few details after all the amenities they have put effort into making the hotel a comfortable and attractive experience.
