First of all, I want to state that I did not stay at the hotel. When I called to book accommodation, the gentleman who answered the phone (I suspect he wanted to be seen as a self-serving businessman) gave me an extremely condescending answer to my question about the hotel, causing me to hang up. Tourism is a service industry, and telling a customer who called to inquire about the beach that they needed to go to a 5-star hotel before even arriving caused me to dismiss the hotel from my mind and give negative reviews to everyone around me. A simple "No, ma'am" would have been sufficient; this is a hidden ego boost and an attitude unacceptable in the service industry. If you can't handle it, don't do it. As I said, I didn't stay at the hotel, but thanks to the extremely indifferent and condescending gentleman, I've come to the conclusion that there's no need for me to even come. I submit this information for your consideration.

I don't remember being ripped off like this in my life. There is no wifi in the room. I would be ashamed to offer the breakfast they provide to anyone. 6-7 olives, 40 g cheese, a little honey, jam and 2 slices each of cucumber and tomato. I swear on my mother, 2 slices of cucumber. I have never seen such carelessness in my life. There is no shower cabin in the shower. There is no TV. There is no refrigerator. There is no phone to call the reception. No shampoo. There is only one twin bed in the room. Some have written on the internet that these do not exist, but when you see an advertisement for a highly rated 3-star hotel, it does not occur to you to check the most basic things. There is definitely something special about those scores anyway. If it's a 3-star hotel, I don't know anything about it either. Or they have documents obtained somehow. It is impossible otherwise. They played with my mind. When I first walked into the room, I said, "They must be yoga people or something, they're just minimalists like that." No, these are shameless people, you know. The worst service I have ever received in my life in terms of price performance. Sun loungers on the beach belong to the municipality and are paid. When our holiday here ended and we went to Side, we remembered the service of the 3-star hotel again. The price was much cheaper, the service was incomparably better, and the hotel was as different as heaven and hell. My nervous system does not allow me to write any more.

I visit every year for 3 years always give a 10 review. Suddenly this hotel has gone down in quality. No one ever in reception. Breakfast starts late. Only Cold water every morning. Room 208. Grass left long only cut yesterday. The previous staff years 1 and 2 were great year 3 the management has fallen badly
