Staff receive frequent praise for friendliness and multilingual abilities, particularly the entertainment host Enzo and attentive restaurant and cleaning personnel. Guests appreciate the well-maintained cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, with daily housekeeping and fresh linens. The food quality is often highlighted as excellent with diverse options and themed dinner nights, including fresh cooked eggs and omelettes. The spa and wellness facilities, including massage and sauna, are noted for professionalism and reasonable pricing. The quiet atmosphere with soft music and limited evening entertainment suits guests seeking relaxation without intrusive animation. Air conditioning is centrally turned off daily between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., which can be uncomfortable during hot summer months. Some guests report that the hotel’s interior design feels somewhat dated despite the 2012 renovation. Internet access is available but considered weak by some guests and requires an additional fee. The beach is public and located 200 meters away on the second coastline, with umbrellas and sunbeds charged separately and a pebbly entrance that can be challenging without beach shoes. Occasional complaints about drink quality and limited cocktail options at the bars have been mentioned.

This was our 8th stay at Pashas Princess. As always Enzo our entertainment man was wonderful. He worked so hard with no help or team mate. He rallies you round without strong arming you in your joining in, he really is the heart of Pashas and 1 of the main reasons so many people keep going back, however now he has 'been let go' by management i feel there will be a lot less'returning guests'. He speaks a host of different languages and works so hard, as do all the staff members, the bar staff, restaurant staff, cleaning ladies and kitchen and reception. I think management need to realise it's the staff that make the holiday!!!!! I would have given full star rating but the food was a let down this trip, mainly because it was the end of season when we went this time, at least im hoping that's the reason. Looking forward to returning in June but will really miss Enzo's laugh and personality he made our time there fun and made us feel like we matter. I hope our next trip won't be the last to Pashas but time will tell .... Bye Enzo you will be missed for your fun, your fire shows, it won't ever be the same again

Beautiful, clean rooms. The staff is friendly, and many speak Russian. The cuisine changes daily, but there's always something to suit every taste. The air conditioning is turned off centrally from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The view from the balcony is stunning. There's a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas.

A great hotel! Just what you need for a relaxing getaway! No entertainment, just pleasant music playing. The food is wonderful, with a theme every night. The food was delicious – we tried so many things for the first time. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day – no issues there at all. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The sea is just a stone's throw away. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway, this is the place for you!

A wonderful hotel with excellent service. The atmosphere is intimate, with relaxing music playing during the day and a pleasant dance program in the evening. The spa area boasts experienced, qualified massage therapists (and I have something to compare it to). If you're looking for negatives, you'll always find something to complain about, but we didn't and are pleased to say our stay at this hotel was a 5+. I recommend this hotel to couples aged 40+ and anyone who enjoys a relaxing holiday without intrusive animation and loud music. P.S., we were there in July 2021.

We have just returned from this hotel. We were on a five day break from Fethiye with a group of 20+ friends for organised walks around the area. We found the hotel to be mainly Russians with a few Germans too. If you want to chat with other Brits then this is probably not the hotel for you. We could definitely say that we would return. From arriving at the hotel we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Although this hotel is quite old it has been well maintained and we found it very comfortable. The rooms were lovely and we had a room overlooking the beautiful pool area. It was a very pretty hotel in the moorish style. The food was excellent, very varied with a great choice for everyone. I had some lovely eggs cooked freshly by Adele each morning. Our towels were changed daily and the maids were excellent. I had a lovely massage and it was very reasonably priced too. Good points: Clean, friendly staff, excellent food. Plenty of sun beds. Great spa area with steam room and sauna. Charge for massage. Downside. Drinks were not too good. They only had KUP wine which I personally don’t like but with a bit of added sprite I managed to drink with my meal. Unfortunately no one seemed to know how to make a cocktail which in this grade of hotel should have been good. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer if you have longer hair. I managed but I only have short hair. Apart from that I would say that it’s a good quality 4* hotel.

First impressions were we’ve come to Russia!!! As there were very few British the first couple of days but then it evened out. The food and drinks were great with lots of choice I just wished that the pool bar opened at 10 not 11 but a short walk to the beach bar at 10 was fine then a dip in the sea and back to the hotel pool for the rest of the day (we’re not alcoholics!!!) the hotel is spotlessly clean and so were the rooms. Entertainment was typical AI kareoke bingo singers and a fire show. Enzo the entertainment guy was great at his job and very friendly along with the bar staff and waiters. Water polo every afternoon at 3pm. Was lucky enough to meet some lovely people and had a great time. The resort itself is quite small with all the shops selling the same things. The beach was ok

Friendly reception and cleaning staff. Very beautiful building and rooms. Food was very good, especially the desserts. The singer in evening entertainment was good. We liked to dance! The hotel cats and kittens were sweet. The bad thing was that airconditioning does not work 09:00 - 14:00. We got portable fan from friendly Polish guests.

This was a family holiday with my son, daughter and my wife and this was the first time we have holidayed in Turkey. Originally, it was my son and daughter who were going on holiday but at the last minute we sort of tagged along with them. The flight was just on 4 hours in duration to Antalya then there was about a 45 minute journey by coach to the hotel. The initial impression of the hotel was that it was very charming and the welcome from the staff was warm. The hotel is on 3 levels and access for patrons with mobility problems didn't seem an issue however I'd recommend when booking that any mobility issues are disclosed. The room where we stayed was nice and big with a double bed and it afforded views from both the balcony and the other windows in the room of the hills and the main street. There was a safe which is easy to operate and large enough to store any valuables you feel you need to keep safe. This was free of charge as was the WIFI. There is a fridge in the room which is restocked everyday with a large bottle of water and some sparkling water and soft drinks. There are tea making facilities however my advice would be to take your own tea bags as we were unable to find anywhere that sold English tea. I would, however, suggest that when you are out shopping at the local shops, if you get a chance to sample some of the local teas, it would be an experience for you. Some of the teas can be drank hot or cold and they are very refreshing when cold, especially on a hot day. I particularly suggest both the pomegranate or mango flavours both hot and cold. A word of caution though, you may be offered one tea which appears to be a mixture of a few flavours which when brewed with hot water will happily clear the worst head cold and bunged up nose. If you imagine the smell of menthol then times it by ten that will give you an idea as to how strong the vapours from this tea were. Getting back to the room the shower and washing facilities were good. The air conditioning was lovely and most welcome in the evening as the temperature remained quite high. The food was very nice, however one or two of the guests, who had been coming to this hotel regularly over the years, had said the food had gone down a bit. I can only speak as I find and the food was very nice and they had themed nights. Every morning as we came down for breakfast we would pass the reception and iwould see the receptionist Hulya stood there wishing us a" good morning". She was our little ray of sunshine everyday and she was very pleasant and would help with any enquiry we may have had. As is with predominantly Muslim countries there was no bacon on offer for breakfast but the breakfasts were nice and filling. There was a chef who was there to cook fresh fried eggs and omelettes. The omelettes were a popular choice and Ahdel, who was the chef in question, did a roaring trade in them. The food at lunch time and at dinner time was delicious and filling. There was food freshly cooked

The hotell itself was OK, but do NOT travel here at July. The temperatures are 40 - 45 C and the air conditioning does NOT work 09:00-14:00 The waiters in the restaurant are very unpolite. They do not speak, smile, or even notice woman customers. The waiters in Egypt last winter were so nice that we got good mood each time. There is no evening entertainment, only bad bellydancer. We want to dance ourself. TUI tourist guide did not want to tell about any night clubs in Kemer and Alanya is 50-60 km away.

I booked a room for my parents. Good food, alcoholic drinks, 5 minutes to the beach, comfortable rooms and absolute cleanliness - cleaning every day. I really liked the beach with small pebbles and the cleanliness of the sea. There is a bar on the beach where you can have a snack, order a cocktail. One significant minus - all Russians are accommodated in rooms worse than the booked ones. I had to contact the hotel through the booking system to get the room that was indicated. A day of stay was lost. After that, the manager stopped greeting my parents. Extremely unprofessional service.
