Kervan Hotel in Antalya

Do not stay here, we booked one night as a stop over during our trip, checked in at approx 3pm with my husband and another couple.
My friend was sick so our husbands went out to get dinner at approx 9pm (all luggage unpacked and we had done a load of washing which was drying outside. We were also showered and ready to hop into bed) when we heard a knock on the door, upon opening the owner told us to get our bags out immediately and get out as they put us in the wrong room (the other rooms being 2 streets away)
We then called our husbands and told them to come back immediately while the owner refused to leave acting intimidating. Upon our husbands return and them questioning about the situation the hotel owner/manager threatened to call the police. We were forced to repack our stuff and walk 2 streets to another apartment which is above a restaurant with live music playing till 12pm (not a hotel as advertised).
Further from this we had already purchased dinner and from the time of the pack up and move to the new hotel 1.5hrs had passed, when we asked for a replacement meal we were told we have to pay and were offered no discount as “this was our fault”.

It is NOT a hotel. It’s a very busy, noisy Restaurant (until midnight) that has some rooms in the second floor. There’s no front desk so nobody gave us those lightning activation cards or any information, also there is nowhere to sit or relax outside your room. Useless pool (just for restaurant decoration). The rooms are comfortable but ours smelled terribly. There were black plastic bags and stuff in the room’s hallway.
It’s in the middle of the old town, so if you are a night owl that just need a very clean room to sleep, this NoT hotel is a place for you.

I recently stayed at Kervan Hotel and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience overall. From the moment I entered the room, I noticed an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout my stay. The bedsheets were also dirty, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable.

One major issue was the unwelcome surprise of being charged for items from the room bar that I never used. This felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of guests, and it left a sour taste in my mouth regarding the hotel's integrity.

Overall, I cannot recommend Kervan Hotel based on my experience. The lack of cleanliness and the questionable billing practices overshadowed any positive aspects of the stay. It's unfortunate because with some improvements in hygiene standards and transparency in billing, it could have been a much more enjoyable stay.

The hotel is nice and well located, however the pool can't be used as it is in the middle of the restaurant downstairs, so it's not a pool really. Also, we had issues with the hot water and we had to request to turn it on every night we wanted to take a shower. Also, the rooms are very noisy, there is nothing to reduce the loud voices from outside. Breakfast is good and room has AC that works perfectly for hot weather in Antalya.
