For me, a trip to Turkey is always a mini-lifetime. I want to make the most of those 14 or 10 days of vacation. My wife and I have been to Turkey five times already and can't imagine vacationing anywhere else. We always carefully choose a hotel. This time we chose the Ramada Plaza (for New Year's 2022) and haven't regretted it for a second. Firstly, it's a beautiful place; after long walks through the old town, you just want to come back here and sit in the lobby by the bar with a cup of tea or coffee. Secondly, the hotel is located in the city center, just a stone's throw from Kaleici, and within easy reach are Hadrian's Gate, the Ata-Türk Museum, and many other attractions. The food here is simply amazing: salmon, mussel, and shrimp salads, baked lamb, a variety of side dishes, sweets, fruits, pastries, cheeses, and sausages—there's too many to list—everything is delicious and varied. The same goes for drinks – the bar offers cocktails for every taste. The staff is all welcoming and friendly. A special thank you to these guys for their hard work every day. The room is cleaned daily. The access to the sea is a whole other story. It's a really cool, stylish place. You walk along a large cave in the rock and descend to the water. Naturally, the access is only for hotel guests. Overall, if you're looking to have a great time, this is the place for you.

We really liked this hotel. We stayed here after staying at the Pirates Beach Children's Hotel in Kemer. In contrast, it feels like a Ramada chain hotel—their approach and service are excellent. The view from our room of the bay, city, and park was stunning. The staff was polite and attentive. The beach is simply stunning. There's no sand and strong waves, so it's not suitable for swimming with children, but the location and view are very impressive. Dinner was good. There's plenty of food and everything is delicious. We plan to return to this hotel when we're in Antalya without children.

Rooms need a bit of livening up to get up to date. But service and location excellent. Pool nice, although greater security needed. Some bought their own speaker which clashes with the music already being played and I believe some on the sunbeds were not staying at the hotel.

I had one of the most disappointing hotel experiences here. The staff at this property are shockingly rude and cold. When I simply requested an empty cup in my room to make tea, I was told I would have to pay extra for an empty cup – unbelievable for a hotel of this standard and price.
On top of that, despite repeated requests, our room was not cleaned for over 24 hours. For the amount we have paid, the least you expect is basic hospitality and cleanliness. Instead, we were met with arrogance, indifference, and a complete lack of service.
This hotel fails in every aspect of guest care – from hospitality to cleanliness. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. Antalya has many beautiful hotels with warm staff and real service, but sadly, this Ramada is not one of them.

Rooms are fabulous got a free upgrade 3806 excellent cleaned daily fresh towels .
Staff was amazing from the moment we arrived!
Pool and around the pool spotless staff cleaning non stop .
Grate slides for the children lifeguard s are on the pool which is grate .
All in all grate value for money and would definitely return.

Great hotel right in the center of Antalya! The rooms were comfortable, but what really stood out were the amenities. From the indoor and outdoor pools to the relaxing spa, the whole atmosphere was incredible. There’s even a cave that leads directly to the outdoor waters. The staff went above and beyond, always helpful and attentive. Breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options with a beautiful sea view.
