This place has become like our own hotel, where we spend our winter holidays every year without hesitation. This year was extra good, even better than before. We'd also like to give a special thanks to Okan Taşsümer for his personal attention in every aspect.

Room not good and room service is not good

I have been offered the Junior suite on level 9 facing sea which was amazing . Staff is really helpful and friendly. I tried the Vegetarian Pizza at their special neaplois restaurant at level 10 which is absolutely top notch well done and authentic Italy flavours . It’s been on outskirts of the city but next to beach . Highly recommend this place even if you’re travelling alone

Not a 5-star hotel. This is a scam!! The hotel only deserves 3 stars. Many things are unusable and broken. The water slide, especially popular with children, doesn't work. This is more like Air BnB type of property. Individual owners managing each unit. You need to taking care of your own trash. Property is surrounded by shopping center and bunch of market but don’t buy water or some other groceries at the convenient store. They charge you a lot. Also public transportation doesn’t follow schedules. So keep in mind :)

The Greenwood Hotel was generally good overall, as was its staff. The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. The cocktails weren't particularly good. Overall, decent for a short family stay.

The room is Huge, the cocktails are good, the aquapark is great, the food was good. Entertainment in the evening fantastic! We only didn't like the beach, the food was bad and the bar as well. And at the pools there was often a lot of trash standing around.

Didnt like the area its in - Room was smaller than expected. But clean and we enjoyed our stay. I do think front of house staff at reception need to be more friendlier - it puts a damper when you aren't met with friendly staff as your first impression.
