We stayed here for 10 days and had an amazing time. The hotel itself is beautiful and the service was excellent. Our kids had the time of their lives – not only with the water slides, but also thanks to the fantastic and fun activities organized by the Kids Club Ma&me&Pa.
The rooms were always kept clean and tidy, the buffet was consistently delicious, and the towel service was a great extra touch.
The only suggestion for improvement would be if the hotel could offer organized excursions in the area (even at an additional cost). There are so many options outside, but it’s not always easy to know which ones are reliable, and booking through the hotel would give a much safer and more trustworthy feeling.
Other than that, nothing but praise – we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were super friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The animation team was fantastic — so much positive energy and fun vibes every day! I especially want to mention Osema — such a kind, energetic, and cheerful guy. He made our vacation even more memorable and full of joy. Highly recommend this place!☺️

This time we stayed at Rubi Platinum Sign, having previously visited Rubi Platinum Resort & Spa twice — both hotels are wonderful.
Speaking about our latest stay at Rubi Platinum Sign, I’d like to highlight the high quality you deliver at every step. The beautiful surroundings and modern interior please the eyes, the delicious food and cocktails delight the taste buds, and the friendly yet unobtrusive staff are a joy to interact with. And let’s not forget the lovely piano music in the bar.
When it comes to the staff, I’d like to give special mention to the charismatic animator and evening show host, Emre. I have no doubt his charm captivates everyone he meets. He’s simply a great person — I actually met him at another Rubi hotel a couple of years ago, and he still brings the same big, contagious smile.
Everyone else was also very friendly — greetings to Ümit, Agit, and the rest of the team! ❤️
The only small downside, from a European guest’s point of view, is that at times the entertainment seems to cater mainly to Russian guests. For example, after the evening shows, almost all the music played is in Russian — and guess who’s dancing? Only the Russians. Germans, Lithuanians, and other Europeans stand in solidarity with Ukraine, so it feels a bit disheartening when the music is so one-sided. It would be great if after the shows you played more neutral and diverse songs — for example, Turkish ones! There are so many beautiful tunes. I’m sure that would get more people dancing.
But despite that — oh, Rubi Hotel, I’ll miss you.

we stayed as a group of five for one week at rubi platinum sign and had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. upon arrival we were warmly welcomed, and beyza from the reception kindly showed us to our rooms. she was very competent, explained everything clearly and left a very positive impression. the service staff were always friendly, and we would like to give special thanks to mahmut, who made our stay especially pleasant with his kindness and attentiveness. together with beyza, he truly stood out, and we hope the management will recognize how professional and dedicated both of them are! :) the rooms were generally clean, although it seemed that vacuuming and mirror cleaning were not done every day. a big plus was that fresh towels were provided several times a day, and the minibar war refilled daily. the food and atmosphere were very good, the evening entertainment was enjoyable, the pool area was excellent and the beach was also very inviting.

The staff at the hotel could not do enough for you. Especially the waiter Fatih, so friendly and always had a smile on his face. Big shout out to Ali who works behind the bars. Extremely plesent and also happy to see you. Also another waitresses Elif Ezel. So friendly and helpful lovely person. The hotel was absolutely stunning from the restaurant were also worth paying the extra money for. I have never had a 5 course for dinner @the bistro restaurant with large portion sizes . The entertainment was good different every night. The place was absolutely spotless. 1 thing I would say is not very many British people mainly, Russians, German and Lithuanians, but everyone we met were all lovely .

This was our second time visiting Rubi Platinum in Turkey because we loved it so much! Our stay was simply amazing – everything was perfect: the food was delicious and diverse, the service excellent, and the atmosphere very pleasant. I also really enjoyed the fitness classes with trainer Anna – her energy and positivity gave me extra motivation to stay active and take better care of myself. She is also highly professional and truly knows her job well. During the holiday, I found new inspiration for sports, and I would definitely love to come back!

A nice place for family. Placed on a big area of lots of rooms. food has good selection and good varieties but doing dinner time the area is really crowded and sometimes you need to wait for your drinks order. for the snacks and drinks enough places to gather everything. I strongly recommend booking pavilion for the seaside, Ercan and his friends has supported us very good on the pavilion area no delay on orders and drinks.
