Nerton Hotel - All Inclusive in Side

After a considerable flight delay and a subsequent nighttime drive from the airport, stopping at several hotels, we finally arrived at our hotel around midnight. Following a friendly welcome and check-in, we were offered a cocktail and a hot meal – a wonderful start to the day. The helpful staff member then took us to our room on the first floor in the elevator. The spacious room was clean and had laminate flooring. We had two single beds with good mattresses, and we slept comfortably, even though we occasionally heard noises from the hallway. The blackout curtains were very good. The TV had few German channels, and the picture quality was very poor (grainy). Unfortunately, our complaint was ignored, even though the picture quality in the bar was up to today's standards – meaning good quality! There was a luggage rack, a large wardrobe with a safe inside, a table, and two chairs. The same was also provided on our balcony. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi worked almost flawlessly. There were plenty of power outlets, and the USB ports were a welcome addition. Water was replenished daily, including in the small refrigerator. The tiled bathroom with its large shower was adequate for us, although the shower head was heavily calcified. We missed having tissues, and a cosmetic mirror would have been useful. A hairdryer was provided and worked. In the restaurant and adjacent outdoor area, all the staff were very friendly and attentive – simply outstanding. Requests were promptly fulfilled. The buffet menu was extensive and beautifully presented at all times of day. Items were constantly replenished, and the serving dishes were regularly cleaned. Some items were even freshly prepared (e.g., egg dishes/omelets). We give this service an excellent rating. Freshly squeezed orange juice was available for an additional charge. The cocktails and all other drinks were consistently delicious. It was nearly impossible to find a lounger by the small (cold) pool after 9:00 a.m. (official occupancy), and the water is too deep for non-swimmers. There were always a few sun loungers available on the nearby sandy beach, complete with parasols and towels, all free of charge. The service and drinks were excellent. The long, gently sloping sandy beach is perfect for walks, and we were also very impressed by the clean seawater, which is great even for non-swimmers. There are plenty of good, affordable shops right nearby, so you don't necessarily have to go to the somewhat distant bazaar. Despite the aforementioned criticisms, we give this "adults-only" hotel a very good rating, highly recommend it, and would gladly return.

Hello, I would rate the hotel as good: clean, food very good, staff very friendly, except for Mr. Mehmed from the towel department, who was very rude and loud. No hotel should have this man. I noticed two negative points: 1. There are two ladders to the pool. The first ladder was missing the bottom two steps, making it difficult to get in and out of the pool. The second ladder was very slippery; the steps and railings were very smooth, so be careful. Towel reservations started as early as 5 a.m.

We enjoyed this hotel for a week. The rooms were very comfortable. The pool area was pleasant but the beach was steps away from the hotel. The meal options included in the all inclusive package were plentiful and tasty. The package also included plenty of alcohol options if that is what you seek. Staff were always helpful and polite. The entertainment every night was often a bit ordinary and corny, but we had a good laugh! The walk to the old city was about 20mins.

Excellent hotel, 1 minute walk to the sea, excellent food, the hotel deserves 5 *.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Super clean... Phenomenal Breakfast. All inclusive and reasonably priced. The swimming pool is to die for. The views are spectacular... Five stars doesn't do this hotel any justice. Will come again most certainly!
