Mysea Hotels Alara - All Inclusive in Okurcalar

Catastrophic.The hotel was terrible with dust and no hygiene.The staff was so arrogant and mean they were only serving the best for the russian people.The wifi was charged even if u pay for that to the agencies.Very hot in the hotel only and it smells like sewage all around.Russians were very wild and loud u cant rest peacefully.The beach and the sea were okay but the sun loungers were dirty.Dont coming back ever the turkis people were so annoying and they are lying and scaming all the time.So bad experience.

It’s was the worst experience. Poorest heath and safety. Bad smells from toilet. Put us in basement room we complained. Moved us 6 floors up no Barriers on gates my 2 year old almost fell running to view pool from there. We complained moved us again. Alcon’s don’t work and toilets don’t flush. Food is vile we all got food poisoning and staff are rude and disrespectful. The reception area has like 20 people standing for ages unhappy and with complaints. My children’s bodies ar le covered in bites. We checked out 2 days early and they still want to charge for cancellation fees. Never book this place even if it is free. It’s a nightmare.

Overton Avoid this hotel at all costs – complete scam! This place isn’t even worthy of 2 stars. The customer service is shockingly bad, and the hygiene is non-existent. My wife and daughter suffered food poisoning immediately after eating dinner here. When I went to reception for help, the manager showed zero concern and refused to assist. Food was very bad Zero Hygiene Flys and Mosquito all over the food. If you value your health, safety, and money, do not book this hotel or any property in this group. Worst travel experience I’ve ever had.

The hotel does not have a private beach – guests use a small public area with no sunbeds or towels provided. There is no beach bar, not even a shaded spot with drinks. The pool bar is disappointing – no food is served, and drinks are limited to vodka, gin, beer, and wine, all served in tiny plastic cups, warm, without ice. Rooms are dirty, poorly maintained, and badly need renovation. The bathroom is in such a bad state that it feels unsafe to enter. For an "all-inclusive" hotel, this was a very poor experience.

This is the most horrifying and dreadful place I’ve ever been. It’s dirty, old, falling apart, smelly, and full of mold. The food is a disgusting, greasy mess. There are no entertainers, only loud Russian music. The beach is filthy and awful, with just a torn piece of fabric hanging over the chairs.

It s the worst hotel i’ve ever been to all around the world. I couldn’t find anything to eat that i would actually like, the staff doesn’t speak english, the rooms are a mess, the tv is not working, there’s no fridge, it s dirty, they don’t have enough tables in the restaurant for all the people and when you finally find a table, there is no more food left. Awful! I can’t wait to go home and thank god it s only for a week.

I just came back home after a vacation the day before yesterday, and I really want to write a review about my experience at this hotel :) I knew I couldn't go to some luxury hotel and I didn't expect anything spectacular, but what I had to face, I'm really shocked. first of all, when they gave us the numbers, there was hair left over from other guests on the pillow, but we were very tired from the flight and thought ok let it be, the inhuman numbers smelled of sewage and we already asked them to change our numbers, they changed without a problem, thank you for that! well, I can't say anything about the food, because we didn't go for breakfast and lunch either, we went out for dinner a couple of times, we weren't hungry, but I didn't say it was very tasty :) so we ate outside the hotel. but the main problem I encountered is the staff's communication with the guests! we are sitting in a restaurant and the bartender sits in front of us and just shows us the f*ck why? the other day I was standing in line to get drinks, a bartender with wavy hair, I don't know his name, but a young guy takes a glass of water and pours it in my face, I was shocked, I also took a glass of water and poured it on her, I went to the director and told this situation, but he didn't care he didn't react :) another time I was sitting with a guy and a waiter/bartender comes with a tray and "accidentally" pours wine on us. I got up to get the napkins and I just see that all the bartenders are laughing right in my face, so I think it was really on purpose. well, the icing on the cake was when I was standing by the pool and I felt like a piece of ice was flying into my head, I was already blinded by rudeness and unprofessionalism and I came to talk to the bartender, he started saying that it wasn't him, I met men from Lithuania there and they started to argue with them, and then all the bartenders left the bar and almost started fighting with them, and the bartender with wavy hair said "go to reception" in my face, and when I talked to one employee about this situation with water in my face, he say "it's a joke" what kind of joke? I'm his friend, do you know that he would joke with me like that? I told you about my experience, and I will never go back to this hotel where they communicate with guests like that. this is absurd. but there is nothing bad without good :) I want to thank the employees Aydin, Yakup, and Dj Ibrahim! thank you for making our vacation better, we had a great time together! it was nice to meet you :)
