The hotel was very nice and attentive. We were satisfied. When we go to Antalya again next year, we will choose this place.

The environment is extremely poor. The room reeks of cigarette smoke, and the facilities are shabby and worn, barely a third-tier hotel. I won't be back. The wait staff are incredibly rude, which is why business is declining! Don't be fooled by the large pool; it's all show! If you're still willing to stay after hearing this, I'm just being stubborn!

My wife and I went on vacation and stayed for three nights. The hotel is decent and clean. We stayed in a third-floor room with a pool view. It's located on the main road. If you want to go to Konyaaltı beach, you have to drive for about 10-12 minutes.
Overall, we were satisfied. The breakfast included a variety of meats.

The price was over 650 per night. They said we could check in at 14:00, but we still couldn't check in until 14:30. There was no explanation and they ignored us. They didn't know any service and ignored Chinese people. Then there was no toothbrush in the room. Slippers were only given once and they were very bad disposable slippers. The wooden floor of the room creaked. The safe didn't work. Later, the security opened it and found that there was wine left by others. The point is that they didn't take it away and didn't let me use it. Then I asked for a quilt and they gave it to me. This is like this. See the picture. They asked several times and used various words. It made me catch a cold and have a fever for several days. The bathroom was so shabby and flooded as soon as I washed it. Except for the swimming pool and breakfast outside, it was okay, otherwise I would be speechless.

The hotel is pretty cool the breakfast is good you have a lot of choices. The cleaning lady is adorable and the job is done. The staff at the reception im not a fan of but they do their jobs. The room is not that small I think it’s enough for 2 people.  you have free Wi-Fi also.

The room was clean and tidy. The staff were so gentle. Its location is also lovely. I believe it has a perfect value for its price. The only con is that it could be quieter. Their sound isolation was not good enough. You hear all the sounds from the road.

The employees spoke very little (to some) no english at all.

The cleaning service was quite messy, some days we didn't get our room cleaned (when we put the card outside the door) and some we did.

The hotel is a fading four star. Let me describe everything, entrance reception, and bar - obvious signs of badly patched up water damage. Room along a dark passage way had to feel for the room card slot in the door. The room: minimal lighting, no overhead room light, one light over the bed, corner lamp did not work, chair arm loose. Bathroom, stood a glass on the shelf over the sink it immediately as the loose shelf dipped forward depositing the glass to the floor. The hand towel rail - loose so that the towel fell off when replaced, bath towels still wet presumably from the previous nights guest. Trying to phone reception for some dry towels - phone did not work. Food buffet- poor selection.
A complete disaster from start to fininsh.
