On arrival, the hotel made a great first impression—stylish, welcoming, and true to its boutique charm. Our room matched the photos perfectly and felt both comfortable and unique. The swimming pool was a good size and never overcrowded; a few extra sunbeds would have been nice, but that’s just being picky.
Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety to suit all tastes. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The location is excellent—just a short walk to the old bazaar, with endless dining options nearby. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, would happily recommend this hotel, and would definitely return.

Nice hotel right in the heart of the old town, with a lot of restaurants and cafes in walking distance and close to a tram stop. Decent breakfast by the pool

Small boutique exactly where you need to be, 2 mins from old town.
Small pool area, (all old town hotels are the same, because they are in the town).
We were able to relax around i it. There was a large selection of a Turkish breakfast, very well looked after by the staff.
We booked the suite and had lots of space and all facilities, kettle, water, fridge, hairdryer etc.
Lots of nice restaurants & shops nearby, and it felt very safe walking around.
Would definitly recommend.

Our experience was fairly pleasant. The reception staff were friendly and they upgraded our package to junior suite since we missed 1 day because of our delayed flight in our homecountry. Not everything was there in the room, for example no Toothbrush and toothpaste, no ironing facilities. Also, the room we were put in, was next to the highway so it was a little bit noisy. Other than that it was good.

Good central location especially for shopping. Rooms poor condition & not pre-checked before handing keys to guests. Customer service extremely poor. They do not respond to guest complaints. Food below average.

The hotel is very comfortable. The entrance is on the street, but once you enter the hotel, you will find peace and quiet in the bustling city. The room is not big but very clean. There is a pool in the hotel's small courtyard where you can feed the kittens for breakfast. I also asked the front desk guy to recommend a place to eat barbecue. The hotel is within walking distance of Hadrian's Gate. It's also very quick to the airport, 25 minutes by taxi

Our stay at elegance hotel was first class, the room was spacious clean and compatible, beautiful view from our balcony to the pool so tranquil ,the staff especially hazal were top class could not do enough for you to make your stay a positive experience ,just a short walk from all the restaurants and shops would definitely recommend to stay here.

We recently spent a week at Elegance Hotel, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The air conditioning was positioned directly above our heads, blowing cold air on us constantly, which resulted in both of us getting sick with severe coughs. This might have been bearable if we could have opened the window for some fresh air, but unfortunately, our window faced a generator that made a constant noise. It was impossible to open the window without being overwhelmed by the sound.
The rooms were worn out, dirty, and absolutely nothing like the pictures we saw before our arrival. The towels, which were supposed to be clean, were disgusting and seemed as if they hadn’t been properly washed. When we pointed out the issues, we were offered another room in the basement, but it smelled of mold and was in no way an improvement.
As if that wasn’t enough, the breakfast was terrible. It was tasteless and completely lacked freshness and quality. There was nothing on the breakfast table that met even the basic standards one would expect from a budget hotel.
To top it all off, the staff was incredibly arrogant and indifferent to our situation. We brought the numerous problems to their attention multiple times, but no help was offered. We truly feel that we wasted our money on this stay. The photos of the hotel are heavily manipulated, and it is in no way a place we recommend. Do not waste your money!!!

The room was vintage. Some of the stuff in the room is a bit old like the fridge and the jacuzzi shower pod. No breakfast buffet. Quiet at night, the bed was quite comfortable. I looked at their business card, at the reception “Dimitri Vasiliev, General Manager” That didn’t sound like a Turkish name, I asked, “Is he Russian” “Yes” “but he’s Jewish, right?” I asked. “Yes”. So if you’d like to support local Jewish businesses, this is the right place to stay.

Oh, my God, I really want to give a bad review to this hotel. It's so noisy at night. It's not soundproof. It's not quiet outside until three o'clock in the morning. It's on the roadside. There is a hard and thin blanket on the bed. The smell of wood in the room is so strong. People who don't sleep well should not live in this room

Excellent boutique hotel. Service was impeccable and the breakfast spread was well done. The only challenge for us was that the AC was off ahead of our arrival in our room. This meant that it took 24 hours before it got comfortably cool enough in the room for us to sleep. Additionally the internet TV was not connected to the internet so we could not access content. These small details do not detract from an otherwise excellent stay.

It was a quiet and peaceful holiday in the old city of Antalya, close to entertainment centers. A concept that was not crowded was considered for breakfast by the pool. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was great in terms of price-performance evaluation.

A particularly charming boutique hotel located in the old city of Antalya. We were 4 people and stayed in the Ottoman room; An extremely luxurious room, 90 meters including 2 bedrooms, a living room, an extremely large bathroom with two sinks and a huge jacuzzi. The breakfast is excellent and full of good things. The staff is professional, welcoming, helpful and extremely kind. Always taking care of the well-being of the guests!!! The hotel is clean, the atmosphere is pleasant and it is located in an excellent location; Only 15 minutes from the marina and within walking distance of all shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars. An excellent hotel, and an attractive price - I highly recommend it!!!

It's important to know that all the hotels in the old city are located between entertainment venues, so it's not particularly quiet at night, but we travel all day and come back tired, so it didn't disturb our sleep :)

The rooms are clean and spacious. The Staff are attentive and because it is a small hotel they really make you feel welcome. Lovely to stay in the Old Town. Great area to walk around in. The old bazaar is within a 5 minute walk and the main shopping areas within 10 to 15 minutes walk. There are a lot of historical sites to see with the coast on your doorstep. I would 100% stay here again.

Location was perfect if you want a peaceful night of sleep in the old town and also want to be close to the sights you want to see in the day. We initially had a room close to the center of the town which is where the beer garden / pubs where. Convenient but was impossible to sleep. We moved to Eski Masal thankfully, the rooms are spacious, we took the Anatolian suite which is on the second floor. Feels like a cultural experience so no complaints about decor which is kept to a minimum in the room. Toilets were amazing, equipped with a modern shower with massage features and there’s also a huge jacuzzi. Only issue were the towels have a bad smell as perhaps the room has not been used in a while ? Minor problem as everything else is good. Breakfast was a good selection given the exclusivity of the hotel meant there would not be many guests (5 suites max?) at one point. Nice pool too. Receptionist was helpful as offered to cook scrambled eggs on the side as the buffet spread was mainly cold. Would recommend to anyone who isn’t looking for a crazy night out in Antalya and wants a peaceful evening uninterrupted by the loudness of the streets should you find yourself staying near pubs and restaurants which is an 80% chance.
