Very disappointing experience
The condition of the room was very poor. The floor near the window was badly damaged, with visible peeling and water damage, which made the room look unhygienic and poorly maintained.Service was also extremely disappointing. Only one staff member was polite and helpful. Apart from that, no one else responded properly to requests. The receptionist in particular had very bad behavior she could not communicate in English properly and was unable or unwilling to answer basic questions clearly. Overall, the service quality and maintenance standards were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed here for a single night and was looking for an affordable, convenient option, and this hotel delivered excellent value.
The rooms were perfectly fine—clean, comfortable, and met all our basic needs for a short stay. They are certainly no-frills, but if you're looking for a solid base at a great price point, this hotel is highly recommendable.
The true highlight of the visit was the Spa. I must note that the spa services were quite expensive, but they were absolutely worth the splurge. It was a wonderful way to treat ourselves and elevate the one-day trip.
Overall, if you're traveling on a budget but are willing to invest in a fantastic spa experience, this hotel is a brilliant choice.

I usually do not leave reviews unless it is extremely bad. I gave 1 start only because I couldn't give 0 star. We had a very bad experience staying here. We stayed at this hotel in August and I fail to understand how this hotel is four stars. We were traveling from USA to Turkey and Antalya was our last stop. This hotel was a complete disaster for us.
The staff was very rude and unfriendly. They couldn't speak English at all, not even a tiny bit.
The rooms were extremely small, we had no space to open our suitcases. Therefore, we requested them to change the room but the staff told us this was their family room and they have no other rooms to accommodate us. So, we requested them to take away one of the beds so we could have some room for our luggage. We were told it's very late now and we would get it done in the morning, but they never did it. Not only the rooms were small, the bathroom was not clean either. There was no soap in the bathroom, toilet paper was like someone had previously used it, sink drain was missing it's cover, the blankets were more like towels. Let's top it off with no phone or garbage can in our room.
The last blow to our trip was when our tour bus came to pick us up at 5:00AM and they didn't even bother to inform us. The bus left without us which cost us $420.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was the one of the best hotels I stayed at in Antalya. Also the staff and service was amazing. I recommend it.

This is good budget hotel near by airport and close to lots of dining options. Also beaches just 15 to 20 mints drive. Rooms and sitting area are in good condition but don't expect too much as its only 3 star hotel. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast also have variety of foods.

Overall Elips is great for budget friendly travel. I loved that there was no carpet in the room!! My only advise is to check the mini frig in front of the person helping you with your luggage in effort to avoid being charged for a side you didn’t open/drink. Complimentary water and breakfast are nice. The hotel is located with in minutes of visiting Mark Antalya, Mall of Antalya, the airport, Antalya Photo Frame and Konyaalti. When staying at Elips Royal Hotel, please do schedule the spa time to enjoy the Hamam, a facial and a massage (5-stars). Parking is limited but manageable.

I was appalled by the service of this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and on our first night we were met with a cloud of cigarette smoke. I was attempting to get on the lift when one of the workers left the lift with a lit cigarette, puffing away. I was clearly shocked and when they attempted to get back on the lift with me with their lit cigarette they could see i was not happy. I went and spoke to front desk which they said “we would NEVER smoke in the hotel, we are testing our fire alarms” seems a little excessive for the alarms to be tested with lit cigarettes. On multiple occasions me and my family could smell cigarette smoke throughout the hotel, and even in their “spa”. The fire alarms they were testing was also at a very low volume so in the event of an actual fire i don’t think anyone would be able to hear it. Their breakfast was nothing more than average, everything lacked flavour. The receptionist knew we were not locals and attempted to sell us “Maldive island tour” for 9000TL insisting that it was the cheapest we will find, when in fact we found the same tour for half that price near the city centre. She then proceeded to give us attitude throughout the rest of our stay because we didn't fall for her lie. Overall we wouldn’t recommend.
