The first thing that impressed me the most was the staff at the reception. The service was excellent and the recommendations were very good. The hotel looked good and was very clean. The breakfast was varied. I would like to improve the blankets, they are thin. But everything else is of a very high standard, very good. If anyone comes to Altaya, I highly recommend it. A perfect hotel. Its location is fantastic for Konyaaltı, and the reception is very helpful. We paid extra for laundry, but they sent it back to us free of charge because the stain on my shirt didn't come out. The breakfast buffet is fresh and has a wide variety. A good hotel in the center of the old city, a small pool on the hotel grounds, a nice courtyard. Good full breakfasts, but in another hotel five minutes walk away. There are also disadvantages: poor soundproofing, and very loud music from neighboring night discos, and another disadvantage: weak water pressure in the shower and poor drainage, the water in the tray drains very slowly.

The hotel is wonderfully located, in the very center of the old city. The staff are great guys, it seems I tortured them with questions from where the tram stop is to "keep the herring that I forgot, I'll pick it up later" and they saved it. In general, the service is just top, I highly recommend it.

Good property to stay but service is very poor ,we were travelling with family including two kids not provided blankets in -2 degree temperatures after long arguments from staff we were provided blankets at 11.45 pm to sleep. Most of staff cant speak in English which is must in this industry

The staff was really nice and helpful but the room was not so good the bathroom door didn’t have a working lock. The air conditioner also leaked so the balcony was always wet. Was here in the summer this year with some friends.

Had a weeks stay whilst having some dental treatment. Hotel was clean and accommodation was great. All the staff were helpful and friendly and would definitely recommend.

The hotel itself is nice, clean, and very well decorated. The room with the jacuzzi is really great.
