Heating A/C did not work. It was around 16-17* degrees in the room, so we couldn’t sleep properly.
Hot water did not work. Dust everywhere.
Window couldn’t get closed.

Because I was travelling in winter I could not use swimming pool.
Location excellent.
The hotel has three buildings: Building C (Deluxe/Upper class rooms) had hot water but no Wi-Fi, while Buildings A and B reportedly had Wi-Fi but hot water problems. This shows poor management and no proper maintenance.
Cleanliness was also unacceptable. Even though we checked in around 23:00 (check-in starts after 14:00, so there was enough time to prepare the room), the toilet and shower were not clean. There were empty shampoo bottles left in the shower, a wet cigarette butt in the sink, stained bed sheets, and towels with red and large brown stains.
If you read recent reviews, you will see that the Wi-Fi problem has existed for over a month, yet the hotel has done nothing to fix it.
I would not recommend this hotel at any cost, especially if you need basic services like cleanliness and internet.
