First and foremost the Hotel doesn't have a Reception desk so you need to go to the main Family hotel to get checked in or out. They do have a shuttle that drives every 20mins from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The room we stayed in had black mold, but since we arrived at 3 a.m. and didn't want to go back to the main hotel we didn't ask to be switched. Wifi signal in the room was bad, most of the time we didn't have any signal.
The concept on it's own is great, however not really good in quality. The walls have cracks in them, furniture is cheap and damaged. The pool bar/open restaurant is nice, they do however always serve the same food. You get the same menu to choose from every day. You can however eat in the main hotel where there is a buffet with loads of different foods. Unfortunately no one has said that to us at the check in, we learned about it through reading reviews after 3 days. The staff is really nice, servers, cleaning staff, the staff at the reception desk.
The Boutique hotel doesn't have any type of entertainment at night, they only play the same music over and over again. I don't understand why it's being advertised as "hotel for the youth", it's more for elders and rentners. You can play cards, chess, table tennis or mini golf.
The beach is nice, there is a lifeguard as well till 6 p.m.
The pool can't be used at night unfortunately.
Overall a nice concept, wouldn't recommend to younger people due to no entertainment, I'd sooner recommend the main Family hotel which is not 18+, but they have a disco, a game room, bigger pool etc.
The games in the Game Room require coins to be activated which you need to buy, despite having "ultimate all inclusive" package.
